Took over a year to follow up
Asked for a quote for a new air conditioner in the summer of 2024. Tuesday, January 27th 2026 they FINALLY got back to me. Two years. When i told the guy on the phone that it'd been two years. He wanted to know if I'd gotten it fixed already and sounded offended i hadn't waited. Then asked me if I at least had any other projects i needed help with
Yeah mate, i just got a new roof a few weeks ago, go ahead and get me a quote. By the time I hear back it'll be time for a new one 🙄

Interesting that as I added more windows the individual window prices increased. No interest in paying extra for giving anyone more business. Not impressed.

Very wide estimate. There is a $20,000 spread in the estimate! Needs to have more precise choices. Such as actually designing the new bathroom. Choose the actual shower/tub you want, which toilet, which sink/vanity, and which lighting

Bad Roof Experience
Dabella sent two girls out for estimate they left without talking to me . I called them they said waiting for numbers from their drones and would contact me . Never heard a word from them at all and this ad now said get a roof for 1999 and now it doesn't sound like that either so please don't recommend Da bellas to me again this is a second bad job from them

Alot of fake leads
Alot of fake leads. This is not a good lead source to use if you're buying leads. The majority of the leads are dead leads with bad numbers and people swearing they never inquired about nothing. They also forge the contact info like the email addresses for the leads, and they actually control those emails and reply to them themselves. This company is a big scam!!!
