There is no way I could afford any windows. I live on my social security .my double wide is a 1993 and the windows leave alot of cold air in but I still can't afford to pay for any new windows.

Lied to our company
As a sales man for a company we signed on for lead generation and was blatantly lied to. We reviewed with them regarding bad leads being refunded and stated that they would credit back for any leads that could confirm as not good leads. It was reviewed 3 times in conversation. Then we started getting bad leads and said they don't offer any credits. Not an honest company.

This calculation of cost for siding on homes is great. I wish more sites like this was for everything. Or perhaps there is and I just don't know where to find it. But this helped and I don't have to worry about someone giving me a call for a quote. Not until I am a 100% ready. But this also helps because you can see where contractors or handyman tries to get more money from you. Thank you and I recommend this site.

It was just an OK estimate that I was not seeking. You advertise looking for customers for free bathroom renovation as advertisement of your company. However, you gained access of my contact information for solicitation for me to finance the project. Stop taking advantage of people, especially Senior Citizens. Range way too broad! Also ad said senior citizens get free bathroom remodel which this is not! I want luxury model but at the low end cost under $5,000! Do not want fiberglass but tiling, glass door and shelf, luxury shower head with various water flows and a seat! If can do for under $5000 I’d do it!

Great start!
At this point all I've done is look at estimates for different types of gutter materials but I found this very useful. Most home improvement places won't even give you a ballpark figure until they come out to the house.

Constant Harassment
Once you contact Modernize they will harass you with constant phone calls. I even told them to stop calling since I completed the home repair and they STILL call! You'd do better to find a contractor on your own. I've reported them to the BBB.

The site offers prices for 3 tab shingles. These are no longer 'up to code' in Nevada. 4 tab are minimum required and are more expensive, therefor your estimator is worthless.

Dont waste your time filling out the form for an estimate
I am interested in finding out on an older wood framed home that did not have the tyvek or other ways to waterproof when it was built and had stucco leaks causing some damage under a few windows where studs and wood needs replaced. Which is the proper order to get repairs 1. Do wood repair first? then Stucco #2 and windows 3rd or ??? I am ready to go but the price bid process was a joke $7.5K to $30K for the same windows? If you have someone that is more in the $12 to $15 range for 6 windows and I am not sure what a slider should go for but I am thinking $1500 to $2000 I am ready to go. I do not want phone calls as we have a very ill person I'm taking care of and prefer email. Thank you.

Oh my stars! I will use these people forever and ever and leave them to my children! I’ve been racking my brain to figure out how much money I need to borrow to get a new roof. They took all the guess work out of it didn’t try to cram some guy running around on my roof down my throat. I am so appreciative! Now that’s honesty!

Poor Customer Service
They never run out of leads to sell because around 90% of them are fake leads. They also RESELL the same old leads every few months. They lie about the leads being brand new inquiries sent instantly. They no longer do any form of returns or refunds because they know that they sell fake garbage. That's why they'll NEVER answer a phone call. One of the lowest quality lead sources in existence. If just half of the leads were real, it would be a great deal. CLARIFICATION: A lead is ANY home owner that is interested in a free quote on ANY service that we provide. Before some smart alec comments that they don't guarantee sales. we CLOSE, we just need real leads. 90% of the leads they sell do NOT qualify as a real lead at all.
They say to provide my info so they can have our account manager help us. Ironically, once you start spending big money with them, they literally take away your account manager and you get the "mid-market team." And that's just an email that no-one answers and a phone number that also no-one answers. Then that changed to the "Client Experience Team" which is the same email and phone number that no-one ever answers. Just check your darn messages. How many emails and voicemails do I have to leave?
