Good communication with delivery after mix-up.
There has been good communication about the delivery with the mix up on the order, but it has been a really bad experience. I ordered a V6 massage bed and received a model V5. After receiving it I was told that the V6 bed would possibly come on Wednesday from the manufacture Ceragem but now I have to wait another week for the bed to arrive. I was wanting to use the bed after being in a lot pain with my back and all, such a disappointment. Maybe it would have been better ordering it directly from the Ceragem the manufacturer, it's always hard with third party companies, and the shipping I think they are using two different companies. Hopefully things can improve with the whole process.

Thank you for your patience and for highlighting the clear communication you received during this process. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and the delay in getting you the relief you need for your back; we know how important that massage therapy is to your recovery.
To provide some clarity, while the V5 unit was mistakenly shipped directly from the manufacturer’s, CERAGEM, facility (all products bought online ship directly from the manufacturer), we intervened the moment we were alerted to the error. We would have loved for you to begin therapy on the V5 immediately; however, we advised against it only to ensure the LTL freight exchange remained seamless and didn't further delay your V6 arrival.
CERAGEM has expressed their sincere regret for the mix-up, and we have worked closely with them to expedite the replacement. Because these units require specialized LTL freight shipping and scheduled delivery appointments, the logistics can unfortunately take a few extra days to coordinate.
You have been wonderful to work with throughout this resolution. As a token of our appreciation for your patience, please reach out to us directly for your next order—we would love to provide you with a special loyalty discount.
We look forward to hearing that your V6 has arrived and is providing the relief you deserve.

Modern Reform listened to my situation and sent the sauna to me at the time I could use it. The man I spoke to was so helpful! The only problem was that the delivery person had no equipment to get the sauna up the driveway to my home. We had to drag it up ourselves.

Regarding the delivery, I am truly sorry it turned into such a workout for you. Because these units ship directly from the manufacturer via freight, the standard service is 'curbside delivery.' However, we always hope the drivers will go the extra mile to get the unit as far up the driveway as their equipment allows. It sounds like this particular delivery fell short of that helpful experience.

We're disappointed to hear this, Mary, and we've reached out privately to resolve. For clarity: This is the exact Pilates ProWorks® FitFormer™ 2.0 - Home Edition you ordered. It is a compact, foldable reformer for home Pilates workouts (100" L, folds for storage). There are no other versions or renditions of this reformer. It shipped directly to you from Pilates ProWorks® manufacturer.
We discussed pre-purchase that it's not a Lagree Megaformer (a separate, larger HIIT machine) and is smaller for home use. Happy customers love its versatility and space saving characteristics which it is known for (check Reddit for home-user reviews!). However it is not marketed, sold, or known as a professional grade reformer. We do sell more robust reformers at a different price point.
Leg risers were disclosed as backordered, with riser kit assembly covered by us - and we will keep this promise!

The unit goes for $4,800, not the $2,295 you initially paid. We sent you an invoice for the balance which you promptly paid and we worked efficiently to fulfill your order. Your order was loaded with shipping delivery service. You requested a cancellation outside of the 24-hour cancellation window. We cancelled your order per your request over the phone, recalled the freight, and charged you the mandatory freight return fee that was incurred. We refunded your payment, less the return fee and we went further - we gave you a store credit for the exact amount of the freight return fee for any future purchases. We prioritize customer success and go above and beyond. Thanks for shopping with us!

I enjoy walking out on the walking pad.
Walking pad is a surprise gift I received from my son and daughter in law in 2023. Prior to having the walking pad, I usually walk in doors facilitated by video workout sessions which I enjoy. The walking pad has boosted my zeal for walking more because it’s easy to use and helps to strengthen my knee joints and I feel much better moving around and climbing stairs. It does not take any extra space for storage, I just stow it permanently under my living room couch and when I want to use it, I just shift the couch. It’s so convenient to use and is helping me to keep fit.

I'm 67 years old and my daughter bought me a walking pad 1year ago. I always wanted to walk but I didn't want to walk by myself but since I had my walking pad I walk a hour every morning five days a week. I love it. It is so convenient and easy to use. I would recommend it to everyone. I feel so much better since I started using it.

Lagree reformer
Great machine overall. Lost 2 stars because: 1. The stickers that sit on top of the front&back platforms were peeling off from every edge when I opened the box. 2. Although it’s great that it folds I half for storage, the carriage has been getting stuck (feels like driving over a pot hole) during some of the exercises. Almost like it should be a smaller folding crease so the wheels don’t get stuck.
