Exceeded my expectations
Ordered an axel back exhaust on Sunday, and it was delivered two days later on Tues (from Reno NV to SF Bay area which helped). Very happy with the speedy processing and delivery. The parts are still in original packaging, to be opened soon.

Great Service
Tania was great working with. She was willing to find a shipping rate that was reasonable to where I resided. Mod In Japan’s pricing for the product was good and reasonable; cheaper than what was listed on the website when submitting a Price Quote Request.

Great price fast shipping

Incredible customer service!
Great prices, fast shipping and great customer service! I ordered two turbosmart DV's and one was missing an o-ring. Kenia was able to help get one for me directly from turbosmart and had it shipped to me very quickly.
I highly recommend using mod in japan!
