The service, delivery, were first class. There was a little damage to the item however the customer service were refreshingly brilliant. Love my new outdoor sofas thank you.

Order of black velvet ottoman bench
Ordered a black velvet ottoman bench. Ordering process was very easy. Communication from company excellent. Arrived well packaged and no damage. The ottoman was well made with good hinges. The cushioning could have been thicker on the top but otherwise happy with purchase.

I had a mixed experience with Modish Furnishing. The furniture looks nice and delivery was quicker than expected, but the quality of some items wasn't as great as hoped—varnish peeling on the table already. Communication with the company was decent, and they handled a small issue well. It’s okay overall, but room for improvement.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, I phoned beforehand to double check they could deliver our new dining table promptly, it’s safe to say they absolutely delivered on their promise and what a beautiful table we’ve received. The gentlemen who helped with the process were both extremely helpful. The delivery men were super friendly what an outstanding experience will definitely order more from your business.

I can’t recommend this company more! Not only are the products they sell great quality but the customer service was incredible. I called up about an out of stock bed and when one came in stock they put it aside for me to purchase. We were also in the process of moving house so we wasn’t quite ready to have the bed delivered- Modish Furnishing kindly held the bed in their warehouse until we were ready to have delivered. Their communication and customer service was exceptional- thank you so so much.

Amazing company
Amazing company, honest and understanding! I had an issue with unmatched head board panels and they replaced them within days, delivered new ones and collected the old ones with zero hassle! I had a second issue which was my fault with the wooden bed slats and the slat holders… long story short they ordered replacements for me free of charge even though I did them wrong and damaged them! The bed itself is beautiful & great value for money in comparison to similar I’d found online! I will be returning for further home furnishings for sure

We ordered the table and it was delivered quicker than indicated on the website. The delivery was great and we are really happy with the product. It was reduced but looks more expensive than it actually is. We would really recommend this company to anyone!
