Modkicks 

I bought 2 pairs of Adidas at this shop. When I tried to return one there was no answer. I took the shoes to an Adidas store and they are fakes. It is a scam. Run!

This company is selling fraudulent fake shoes, do not buy. The QR code on the shoes in the box (clearly cheap plastic rubbish) link to a Chinese bulk buy website! Should be reported to adidas.

Fake! Advert falsely claims these are leather and 5* Trust Pilot reviews, but label on them clearly shows they are synthetic through out and actual Trust Pilot reviews are (like this one) 1* as that’s the lowest rating possible.

I should've checked the reviews - scam company, not responded for weeks to ask to initiate a returns and refund. Tried calling their US number (I am not based in the US so had to pay international minutes) and no response.

Shoes are clearly poor quality and the sizing is very inconsistent with genuine Adidas.

Edited to add: still never heard anything from them, was able to successfully charge back via my credit card provider.

SCAM! But I’ve phoned my bank and told them I have fallen for a scam via Modkicks. They have told me they can intervene in 15days after purchase. So ring your banks via the fraud line 159 - after all this is fraud!

Poor quality…fake shoes. No replies to emails. Avoid.

This is an absolute scam. The items are fake. They’ve even arrived in an Adidas box. Absolutely humiliated that I fell for it.

Received bad fakes of the Adidas x Liberty Gazelles 10 days after ordering (no tracking on the way). Made of heap materials and clearly not the genuine article.
AVOID!

Order arrived after 3 weeks.
Trainers come up small. 7 is more like a 6 / 6.5
Trying to initiate a return is a nightmare. 4 emails and no response as yet.
No access to phone number.
Returns have to be sent to the states.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

No response from customer service. Shoes poor quality and unable to return as no one responds. Avoid.

Fake shoes, poorly made, don’t look like they do online and company does not respond.

Email bounce when trying to contact them. Avoid

Scam company, fake tracking number. Tried to take payment twice but bank blocked second attempt. Don’t answer emails. DO NOT TRUST

Update: Shoes arrived but are fake - you can see through the soles!!! Company is unresponsive. BEWARE!!

THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY. Do not buy anything from them.

They’re actually based in India, and the sneakers I received were fake. Completely different to the sneakers advertised on the website. Poorly made, far too lightweight, rubbish materials; a complete SCAM. I wish I could post photos on here of what I received.

They ignored my first few emails then finally someone got back to me stating they’ve processed my full refund which may take up to 10 days to show in my account.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Fake items. Complete scam. Do not use. So poorly made, annoyed at myself for falling for it in all honesty. Ordered without realising it's a Chinese company and refunds have to go back to USA. What a scam!
