The way of this company doing things includes lying to customers, fake promises, stalling, got the payment but never sent the product out even after thousands of emails. And also ignoring my emails for demanding my product I paid for to just be shipped out. If you buy their products, man you are so screwed cuz it takes forever till you forget you purchased it to be sent out or probably never. Basically a scam company I’d say. Look at all the bad ratings. If you are a smart person you know what you gotta do. Walk away and don’t let them scam your money away.

Don't order from them. They will lose your order - if it ever ships at all and ghost you when you ask for refund because you no longer want their product!

your product need to deliver over 2 months. I am just received the product on 22 Oct 2021 and too thin material making the product filling not reliable.

Bad quality. The glue for the bottom of the stand came undone after a few months, making the wallet unstable and unusable. Customer service was also poor as they delayed a response to my request, auto deleted the request when they failed to respond in 3 days then gave a canned response with here is a coupon code.

Never received order!!! 😡

Awesome product
Pictured is just one way I use the MOFT stand. I also teach online yoga and it’s great for use in the stand up setting to get all of me in the frame. Love the portability and the multiple levels.

I am in Australia and it took quite some time to arrived anyway... i love This product, very fonctional, it is on my phone for more than a month and it is still like new (picture taken today)
The stand is very stable on a flat spot de on both sides
The magnet is strong enough to be secure

I bought my MOFT X phone stand&wallet first. It is extremely sleek and useful. Wherever I go, people who see me using my phone with the kickstand and wallet, will ask me about it. Have been using it for half a year. Very happy about this product and discovering new MOFT stands for my MacBook and iPad. They definitely helped me be able to switch work surface anywhere anytime

I recently left a review for the five in one laptop stand pointing out some of the negatives of it and they’ve chosen to hide it! You can only see the 5 star reviews of this particular stand when it definitely has problems. Disappointingly misleading and poor form for this company.

Six+ months wait and nothing arrived.
Ordered the product on Indiegogo, waited for four months for a tracking number, got one that is running in circles in China - warehouse->customs->warehouse, third month already. No support, no responses, nothing.

1month and my order has not arrived yet.

I ordered 1 month ago and was told delivery will be in 2-3 weeks. Well, it has been 1 month and mine has not arrived yet.

Update: My order arrived after 2 months. So I am adding 2 extra stars. LOL

I ordered the basic laptop stand and it arrived to Denmark in less than a week, while they stated that it could take 3 to 4 weeks. Didn't need to pay any customs and so far I am loving it. I hope the material is good enough to last a while. The magnet that holds it together so it doesn't flap is not so strong, but it does the job.

Placed order with DHL shipping, and was given tracking number (with no email notification) for China Post which I specifically wanted to avoid with my order because of the lack of flights to Australia. Tracking number is invalid on all websites except for the service linked to, and my emails as well as a PayPal case have gone ignored, with no response. My case is now with PayPal to see if I can get a refund, as I don't believe my order exists, given the invalid tracking number and wrong carrier.

Even if I do receive my order, I think the price paid is too high.
