Scam site dont give any bonuses and just lie when you ask about it stay away i had to contact my bank to get a refund from these scammers they can all go to hell

Terrible customer service i deposited and placed a tenner euro bet as part of their welcome offer you recieve a 30 euro bonus but because I deposited into casino instead of sport I didn't get the bonus

This company owes me £410 been asking for documents and they got them and my withdrawals are still pending my advice is keep away from them they are scammers you will never see your withdrawal again

My withdrawal not been processed inspite of multiple follow up via chat as well as customer support email. I submitted my withdrawal request on Monday 20th oct and since then i just get standard response that

There is no ETA provided and nothing been done to resolve it

I registered this morning. I went to login in with the email and it said that I need to check my details and try again. I am 100% sure I had put in the details correctly. I then requested a password reset to be sent to my email and received nothing. Then I went to a live chat to speak with a person called Darius who confirmed that the email address was the right one and that they had sent me a password rest link numerous times, but nothing was received my end. I then asked for proof it was sent to which they couldn’t provide. I was told there’s nothing they can do their end and that I was told to email security@instantgamesupport to change email to another one, and that I was provide photo ID proving who I am which I have. I think I should be asking for proof that they are legitimate myself. Still haven’t been successful in logging into my account which has a live bet, which if won they’ve stolen off me. Avoid like the plague!!!!!

I made my bet but didn't get a bonus the excuse was that I did not deposit into the sports account . It's so obvious I did deposit into the spots account as when I click sports it shows my£10 in my sports account and the bet I placed was on a horse which I thought came under sport lol . Obviously as bent as a nine bob note and to cap it all when you withdraw takes 3 days to get your money and they charge you for taking money out lol unreal . Avoid like the plague. Placed a free bet that won £47, will never see this money unfortunately as they have refused to pay out on the basis that another successful bet’s profits were withdrawn (irrelevant). Signed up as was featured in a major newspaper. Don’t do it!

Awful betting site. Hide your free bets as best they can, then when you win they make you jump through all sorts of hoops to get your winnings paid. Customer service a disgrace. When you get connected, they pop away for 10 minutes between messages - maybe they have 1 customer service representative talking to multiple people at the same time? Then when they do talk to you,they are rude and unhelpful trying to get rid of you ASAP. Avoid if you want a nice experience.

They have all of these different websites because if someone has a problem with one of them the people won't know because they have 50 other websites. Progressplay control all of the websites and their customer support team have to work on all of their 50 websites so that is why it is so automated and as if talking to a bot when u go to their customer support. The security team are working on the 50 websites too.

I deposited £400 here and bet on things like PSG 5-0 at 16/1 when they were winning 2-0 at half time in the champions league final. I then went onto a slot cops and robbers bigger big money by inspired gaming and won in the region of £1.6k I then went on to gamble a further £700 or so before withdrawing around 1.5k because the rest of the money I won was on sports bets that I could have easily placed at any local bookmaker and would have the cash now.

Instead this company ProgressPlay have decided to steal this money from me and close my account

I was playing at MogoBet if it makes any difference as they have so many websites and they are basically all the same thing just ProgressPlay LTD operating under different names and addresses I would imagine.

I will be opening a complaint and I would advise everyone else to do the same, also make sure you open a case with resolver because the ProgressPlay CEO is contactable on there, also contact the gambling commission and ecogra

Joined for the £10 deposit get £30 bonus, completed the deposit won the bonus used the bonus and won £70 and now the bet says pending for hours. Mogobet did not honour their bonus for the grand national,I did everything that was required,absolute bunch of crooks.

Dont waste your time, I won my £10 bet, I then won my £30 free bet, then the winnings for the free bets disappeared and customer service do not want to know at all. Pirates, absolutely shocking company that needs to be shut down.

Failed to honour free bets, customer service (when you can finally get through to them) Rude, unhelpful and sarcastic to my issues. Ended conversation abruptly without addressing my issues.
Charge to make withdrawels and say money takes at least 7 days to be withdrawn....not confident i will receive any moneys from them.
Need to be investigated for SCAMMING consumers....I have contacted the betting ombudsman.
