15 minutes before the close of the album, I tried to buy 2 non gold stickers. They came through 30 minutes after the close of the album
I was told nothing could be done, and was given a consoleratory 10.00 code for the next time I needed to buy. I was trying to get them for my mom, Josephine. When I run out of dice there and can't play events, I plan to just close that game on her phone.

Réponse de Mogo Stickers - #1 Marketplace to Buy Monopoly Go Stickers
Hi Maryrose,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
After reviewing your account, we noticed that on the day in question you placed an order for 2 x 6 star stickers and 1 x 5 star sticker, and those stickers were delivered successfully in just 2 minutes.
We also looked into your mention of Gold Stickers, but we couldn't find any Gold Sticker order placed from you on that day. As a policy, we remove Gold Stickers from our website before a Golden Blitz event ends typically at least 20 minutes before the event finishes, and sometimes earlier if stock runs out so customers can't purchase them once we can no longer guarantee delivery.
Although we couldn't identify the issue you described, we still provided a $10 coupon as a goodwill gesture because we genuinely value you as a customer and always want to do our best to make things right.
We also noticed that you've placed 28 successful orders with us over the years, and we're incredibly grateful for your continued support. It truly means a lot to us.
If you're still unhappy in any way, we'd really appreciate the opportunity to make things right. Please send an email to support@mogostickers.com with "Att: Justin" in the subject line, and Mr. Justin will personally review your case and do everything he can to make sure you're 100% satisfied.
Thank you again for your continued support, and we hope to hear from you soon.

I got them separately but in less than 30 minutes. Got them like in 15, maybe 18 minutes. It's a lot easier now to order.
