Shipping took longer than other sites that had worse reviews. Unclear about how the fabric would not be stitched. They should have photos of the fabric instead of photos of the models. Customer service was attentive though they tried to force me to choose a different color from the fabric I requested.

The number of options available on the website was excellent. While the items I originally ordered were no longer in stock, Mohi staff were quick to inform me and provide similar items for me to choose from. In general, communication was straightforward and helpful. I am no expert when it comes to kurtas, but I am generally happy with what I ordered.

If I can make one suggestion, it would be to provide more detail on the locations where measurements should be taken. A short instructional video that illustrates the measurements being taken could be helpful, to support the provided diagrams.

I’m really happy with my purchase! The dress was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. I also loved that they were able to tailor it according to the measurements I provided — it made such a difference in the fit. The seller was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process, which I truly appreciated.

Just a small suggestion: for dresses with sleeves, it would be great if arm measurements (like bicep and wrist) could be requested as well. My long sleeves came out a bit too tight, and I had to get them altered. Thankfully, there was enough fabric to let out the sleeves, so it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, I’m still very satisfied and would definitely recommend!

Items 100% matched the description and the photos!

The order took a very long time to reach me. After many weeks, I was informed that one of the sarees I ordered would not be deliverable. The other saree does not look like the picture. It came unhemmed, which I am told I had to order as extra services. That's on me then but I have never bought a saree that came in this condition. It looks like yards of material, not a saree.

I ordered 3 sarees form UK and everything arrived perfectly , customer service is excellent. You can contact them and they promptly reply back to you unlike some do automated emails. The team at Mohi were fantastic keeping me updated with my purchase and even sent pictures of it before dispatching. I'll be happy to order again in the future :)

Sizing was completely off - one outfit was loose and the second one so tight I could not even put it on.
I have to spend more money than the dress to have it altered and the second one does not even have enough cloth to increase size.
There is no reply from the company for exchange or refund either.

I found Mohi fashion via a Reddit post so I didn’t have high hopes, however they exceeded my expectations in all areas. I needed a lengha very short notice to be delivered to the UK for a registry wedding. Mohi fashion were very helpful and went out of their way to customise the items and send them to me on time. The lengha was well made and was true to the picture if not better. The customer support delivered was very helpful, which included discussing custom measurements, shipping and delivery alerts. Overall, I was very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
