Fantastic piece of design that genuinely works to relieve tension and helps to keep me feeling fresh and ready to train. Super compact, whilst also having multiple methods of use, making it brilliantly versatile. Its so good in fact that I've bought another one for my Mum; highly recommend!

Truly genius! From unable to compete or enjoy playing football, thinking of retiring (again), The Compact device has me running, & playing again. Still work to do (fitness & strength) but I’m smiling and enjoying playing again. My achilles/calf even after playing are feeling stronger, & I’m not limping. I’m actually amazed & very grateful! Bought my hubby a Therma for Christmas and he uses this most days. He has been struggling with niggles/ tightness in his legs as a 47 year old hockey player and the relief has been almost immediate using Therma. He has used it frequently on those shoulder niggles too. He used a massage gun previously but that is now gathering dust whilst Therma does its magic. Highly recommend this effective and great value for money product 😀

Moi therapy tools are so handy and versatile. I suffer from tight shoulders and back due to poor posture when working at my desk; I use my Compact at my desk between my shoulder blades and chair which relieves the tension as well as improving my posture.
Today, I had slept funny and had tightness in my hip and lower back, within 5 mins of lying on my Compact, the tightness had eased and I was able to move more freely. Thanks Moi therapy!

I couldn’t recommend these products enough, they’re A* and fantastic value for money. I’ve been seeing chiropractors for almost 20 years now for back pain and through using both the thermo and compact moi therapy products for approx 5-15 minutes on a near daily basis for two months, my back is the best it’s felt in 20 years! My pain and discomfort have dramatically reduced and my flexibility has greatly improved too. I’ve been able to massage and target the sore points in my lower and mid back all by myself, using the products in standing positions, on the floor on an exercise mat and even while lying on my bed. I find it very easy to roll out knots and target trigger points that I otherwise wouldn’t be able to reach myself. They have also worked fantastic on my calves, hamstrings, IT bands, neck and shoulders. I always have these products to reach and even use them at my desk while I’m working if I want to just massage out a problem area for a few minutes. I couldn’t be happier with them and for such little daily use, the pain and discomfort relief they bring is simply incredible and much better and more noticeable than the pain relief I’ve ever had from seeing a chiropractor regularly.

Bobby is a fantastic human being, an outside the box thinker, and he's created a variety of great ideas based on a need that he had himself, always a good starting point.

I have kickboxed for 8 years and injured my rotator cuff, my answer to rehab was to just keep training, and I've been in discomfort for years due to this, to the point where I had to adjust my sleeping position and couldn't maintain a hug for too long with my left arm, far from ideal.

After using this product for 2-3 weeks repeatedly I now notice a tangible difference to my range of motion, training and overall quality of life, leaving me to question why I hadn't found MoiTherapy sooner.

I can wholeheartedly say that if you live in discomfort and it's became the norm, don't do what I did and tell yourself it's a forever problem, give these products a try, stick with them for a while, they'll become a non negotiable part of your daily routine in no time.

Have been using compact for several months. Have tried various methods as suffer from severe knots in the back. The compact has by far been the one that’s elevated my pain and the fact you can apply the movements required yourself without relying on others to carry out massages.

I commute to work on my bike and found that I couldn’t work out any issues in my muscles until I got home. Having this compact product that can live in my frame bag means I can easily work out any issues as I arrive at work and I’m set for the day at work. It is easily as effective as a foam roller but so much easier to use as it’s easier to focus on specific areas. I would recommend this to anyone active as a must have.

This toolset allows for a variety of massage techniques to be applied with extreme precision to troublesome areas. I carry it around with me everywhere and use it whenever I can. If I'm on a conference call, I'm using it. If I'm sitting on the sofa watching TV, I'm using it.
If I'm waiting while my kids are doing sports, I'm using it. I LOVE this equipment.

Excellent compact product that helps greatly with my tight calves, glutes. It lives in my sports bag and is used regularly after training in the gym and playing tennis. I also use it for my lower back pain and shoulder relief. I love it

My job entails travel and sitting at my desk whether that is home office or at HQ; and I also train 2-3 times a week with my PT- which is physically demanding on my body.

I was looking for a product that would be small enough to fit in hand luggage, or be on my desk to help stretch my muscles out after an arduous training session; and help relieve DOMs.

This is where Moi Therapy and Compact and Thermo come into play to help relieve and treat my trigger points brought about by sport and sitting at my desk working.

I reached out to Wayne, who has been super helpful in directing me on how to use the devices on my body. I like the tutorials on the website and the TikToks showing me how to use solo, or getting my kids to use on my back! But, saying that, both Compact and Thermo are strong enough to withstand you lying on them.

I really like the fact that I can be in a Zoom meeting while rollering my arms or legs- managing my selfcare while at work is a bonus!

Plus, as I travel, being on a plane or train, you can be relieving your DOMs without having a big, bulky foam roller taking up luggage space.
I get instant deep tissue relief, and find myself reaching for them when relaxing while watching TV too!

I’ve been meaning to post a review for ages! So very impressed with both the Thermo and Compact tools. Used mainly for shoulder pain from long commutes and too long hunched over a computer screen. Compact really delivers a deep muscle massage at the point of need, bringing effective relief - such a plus being able to use myself if no one at home to provide a massage.
My husband regularly experiences lower back pain - again Moi Therapy delivered ; he said it was best relief he’s felt for this repetitive injury. And just yesterday my 20 year old son tried it for the first time for a neck injury - he is raving about it too! Looks like I’ll be buying him one to take back to uni!!

I received my compact after an initial conversation with Wayne, I was suffering from a cricked neck that I couldn’t shake off. Wayne took the time to send me a video and gave advice on how to use it effectively. It was delivered promptly and smartly packaged but more importantly it totally got rid of my problem in 3 days with noticeable range of movement after day 1. I would highly recommend this product.
