I have been with 1 host for 23 years ..
I’ve been hosting with the same provider for over 23 years, and that long-term experience says everything. What started many years ago, I think it was called colocation with colo-chris, has evolved into what is now MojoHost and I’ve stayed with them the entire time for one simple reason: reliability.
I have never had not one issue with them.
Over the years, their service has been consistently dependable. Whenever I’ve needed help, their support team has always been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. That kind of consistency is hard to find in hosting.
If you’re looking for a hosting provider you can stick with long-term and one that delivers solid performance and real support when you need it then this is a service you can trust.
A big thank you to the entire MojoHost team, including Brad, for maintaining such a high level of quality and support over the years.

However, I received a message stating that the transaction is being flagged as fraudulent, as I am a Hungarian citizen living in the EU. What is this nonsense? Could you explain???!

Great and reliable service
I have been hosting my sites with Mojo for the last few years - they have been great and very reliable starting from the migration to them. They have accommodated very specific requests from me related to my sites' functionality. From my experience, they tend to each customer's specific needs and never provide the "canned" initial responses or solutions you see so often elsewhere - which is great.
I recommend them heartily to all of my contacts and friends.

We have been with Mojo around 3 years
We have been with Mojo around 3 years. I have used 3 other Hosting companies previously. No comparison. EVERY issue and ticket has had an excellent speedy response and resolution. If anyone is posting a bad review I would bet serious money the problem is them and NOT Mojohost. I know what is like to have different hosting companies slow respond and make up excuses. Has happened to me with all 3 previous Hosting companies. We have had a few issues over 3 years since moving all accounts to Mojo. I have 4 different servers with them. EVERY single issue has immediately been responded to and quickly resolved. At this point you couldn't pay me to host my businesses at another company. Not worth the risk at any price. I'll be with Mojo forever. Please don't take this as a reason to triple my rate Mojo. LOL

I have been with Mojohost since 2018 and I couldn't be happier. I've had technical problems that they have resolved in minutes, saving me time, worry and money. I came over from one of the big box hosts and the difference is night and day.
I'm currently in the middle of some support work that I feared wouldn't be possible this morning. Gerald "Jerry" Golding has made it happen, he's a joy to work with. Full marks.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mojohost to anyone

Never deal with this company. They host a fraudulent website, despite the evidence provided in illegal actions. They respond to complaints with a template without even understanding the essence of the matter, and then they just stop responding. I hope you'll find better place for your money.

MojoHost is a web hosting provider and does not have direct involvement in the financial or affiliate agreements of our clients. While we value feedback and take all reviews seriously, it’s important to clarify that our role is limited to providing hosting services.
We did receive your complaint and have dutifully forwarded it to our client for resolution. As a hosting provider, we don't have the authority or means to adjudicate financial disputes between third parties and our clients. We encourage you to directly contact the company you have an affiliate relationship with to resolve this matter.
We actually did respond to your initial complaint in 1 hour and 8 minutes from the time it was sent. In fact, within that 1 hour and 8 minutes, we had contacted our customer, who reported back to us that the issue was resolved, and next then replied to you. Whether or not they resolved any issue privately with you is not our business or responsibility.
As the owner of MojoHost, I did also spend my time speaking with you directly on Skype to further explain this situation, even after your timely receipt of responses from our Abuse help desk. I wish you the best of luck with your affiliate promotions, but my advice is to promote companies who are actively supporting and communicating with their affiliates. There are many who are motivated to do this and it is unfortunate that your experience with a customer of our hosting service was sub-optimal. If you would like to promote our affiliate program, we would be thrilled to give you the tools and support required to achieve success.

Been with Mojo for about 6 years. ZERO (0) downtime. Unbelievably great service, support and prices. My business is 23 years old and I suffered with many other hosts. Not Mojo. It is a no brainer. These guys are the absolute best every time all the time. Server migration, Elevated X support, all around help plus Natalie is a breeze to deal with and knows her stuff in the front office. Peace of mind, affordability, speed of response, quality of communications, attitude...it just goes on and on over there.
