I LOVE my moment pebble...
I am 10 year old girl and have found my pebble AMAZING!
It has helped me deal with my emotions and become calmer when I get upset.
I keep it in my room in a safe place and I really really love it :)

Very smooth ordering process and I was kept informed every step of the way. I now have my pebble and I LOVE IT! It is an amazing tool in my mental armoury, my friends are now getting Moment Pebbles themselves and I will give one to my son for Christmas. Highly recommend!

Amazing product
Amazing product. Just what I needed. I suffer from anxiety and depression. I needed the prompt of having the pebble in my eyeline to remind me to "take a moment'. The pebble is tactile and simple to use and the accompanying on line course is really helpful.

Creating Moments in a busy household.
I have found the Moment Pebble an incredibly useful tool in aiding a mindfulness break into daily life. My five year old son has also enjoyed and benefited from the Moment Pebble - I showed him how it works and he takes it to bed with him to help settle for sleep, he has even requested it when becoming frustrated and angry saying to me “I think I need the Moment Pebble” - this was a real ‘penny drop’ moment for me and demonstrated the effectiveness of the Pebble. My three year old also enjoys the Pebble and I look forward to exploring more techniques with both my children as they grow up.
The Moment Pebble team are professional and provide useful, relatable advice on their social media platforms.

The pebble is of great quality, has a compact design, and is easy to carry around. It's amazing for someone suffering from anxiety to keep in their pocket and pull out whenever they feel like their anxiety overpowers rational thought. We all need to remember to take a few seconds every day to ground ourselves in the moment, and this pebble helps us achieve just that. Overall, a fantastic product.

Moment Pebble - a must have for the modern day!
The Moment Pebble is BEAUTIFUL - from the EXQUISITE packaging to the clear and easy to use instructions to the wondrous Pebble itself. As an experienced meditator I wondered how much use I might get from it but I have found I use it every day - when stressed - when needed a breather or time out and yes - when meditating too! Its simple for first time meditators and just the most beautiful assist to those more seasoned - I love it and can't recommend it enough - plus its a bargain price to boot!

A gift!
Honestly the ability to stop and check in with myself has been a gift.
It sounds silly but having the physical pebble to guide me through and remind me to do it is incredibly useful.
I have found that I'm calmer, less prone to stressful outbursts and all round more productive than when I was allowing myself to get burnt out.
