Placed an order in July 2025 for an art display including 9 collectible pokemon cards.

6 months later and I’m still without any product. Communication has been pretty lacking. The seller (Dan) seems very nice and I’ve had one or two emails with an apology and a couple of promises it will be “as soon as possible” but I have had to message quite a few times for each response. I would expect a more proactive approach for a small business.

As this was for hundreds of pounds worth of collectible cards I am probably just going to go to my credit card at this point. Really disappointed as the collectibles I did order are worth much more than the time I placed the order so I’m probably £100-£200 out of pocket.

Genuinely dreadful and think it's a scam.

Made an order on the 13th Dec as a Christmas present, still hasn't arrived almost a month later. 0 updates, 0 emails and their customer service is dreadful if you actually manage to receive an email back from them.

Strongly recommend NEVER ordering from this store.

I have to change my rating of MomentoBrand from earlier this month. As I found out it was not their fault that I have never received the picture. GLS messed it up. They never delivered, nor left a massage where the package can be picked up. It took me over half an hour to track it down where it was - and that wasn't even near by and I guess this was what happened last year as well.
Now I want to thank Daniel from MomentoBrand once again this way for all his support and help to have found a solution so that I finally received the package today. I have never had an experience like this that a store is contacting me after such a long time to sort out an issue immediately. Last but not least this was a very nice pre X-Mas surprise for me - thanks Daniel!!!

Worked with Dan on a few ideas I've had over the past year and brought some really cool projects to life.

Only speaking about my experience here but going forward probably wouldn’t bother ordering from here again. My girlfriend ordered my birthday gift practically at the beginning of the month, the months almost over yet it’s no where to be seen. I like the concept of the company but due to the fact of how my girlfriend has been strung along and not told any information, I don’t think I’d even order myself. Would understand if she was given consistent updates but she wasn’t

Very well packaged and exactly as described. The discs were mounted on the poster & with the frame everything has been constructed with care and I’m happy with the end result.

I had some advertising flyers designed by momentobrand and it am blown away, he was super attentive to what I asked for, and knocked it out the park with the design. I highly recommend his service everything was tip top.

Dan is a wonderful seller. The FF8 frame took some time to get to Canada (a few months from ordering to receiving), but the wait is worth it. Dan always answered me quickly despite my numerous questions. And he is really kind. The frame was thoroughly wrapped, I had some hard time unwrapping it xD.

Contact with Momentobrand is always clear easy and straight forward. The website is also clearly laid out with everything on show.

Plus Dan is a legend, well worth 5 stars!
