I just want to say I have been so pleased with the way that Sarah who has helped me with my issues as the bracelet I bought ended up being too small and this is being sorted out as we speak.
I was really happy with the quality, look and feel of the bracelet though and there sending me a bigger size .

Beware of this company

Beware of this company, is a scammer and paid 40 pound for a bracelet BUT the product never reach the recipient. Simply sent 2 photos stated " DELIVERED". The photos not even is my house mail box.

Wrote in to their customer service to complaint , response given was delivered and asked me to go around my whole neighborhood to look for my parcel. Super hilarious and not responsible for their mishap. Hence ask for refund but with no avail.

So , Please whoever read my message , kindly spread the new NOT TO BUY from them anymore. I didnt check the review and go ahead with the purchased was the mistake i made. So far, all the reviews are negative.

Everyone, please do not repeat my mistake by losing money and not receiving anything at all.

SCAM DO NOT BUY

SCAM DO NOT BUY. Terrible customer service and worse shipping. Tracking shows it's been over a month and not even left china now it's being returned to china. Said to arrive for Christmas and clearly never did. Presents ruined. The order was over £100 and once they were asked for an update they simply said it will be there this week even though tracking clearly showed this was a blatant Lie. Asked for a refund and zero response.

I bought 2 bracelets for my 2 sons

I bought 2 bracelets for my 2 sons. They arrived and they were just like advertised. Perfect! I needed something else and spoke to a lovely lady called Sarah. Sarah couldn’t do enough for me. She got back to me straight away and kept in contact until the matter was resolved. Fantastic customer service from Sarah. Would highly recommend this company and Sarah is an asset to them.

Great customer service

Purchased this for my son. He loves it. Very good quality bracelet. I ordered the max size which is too loose on his wrist.
I emailed customer service and Sarah has been helpful from the beginning. She reply to my email promptly and told me that she will send me a replacement bracelet. Thank you.
Will definitely buy again.

Beautiful bracelet, GREAT customer service

Firstly the bracelet is of a lovely quality and perfect for the gift I wanted to give my son!

Secondly after I ordered the wrong size (my fault) Sarah from their customer service department was v helpful and friendly and has sorted everything out for me!

My Order No Longer Exists

From the get go, I went to look at my order?
It said I could not even log in.
I wrote customer service, they gave me a tracking number, based on my order #.
But I want to view my order.
Nope. Not happening. Really?
Next issue?
My order is supposed to go to my son in Canada.
This supposed tracking order says it's coming to the US.
Where? How would I know?
I went back to their site.
Now, my order number AND tracking order DO NOT EXIST!
I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Hi Amy, it seems you have ordered from a different store. We can’t see any orders on our system linked to your email, delivery address or even the reference code you are giving. Also the product you showed us on the screenshot, we’ve never sold this product at all. Please could you take this review off trustpilot as it’s placed on the incorrect store.

UPDATE - My experience so far..

UPDATE.... This has turned in to a truly disappointing experience! I eventually received my new bracelet & card but no apology complimentary gifts! and due to noone listening the card also arrived damaged again! A piece of card in an envelope is bound to get damaged!
I emailed the company and was ignored, I emailed several times and eventually Sarah replied, she apologised and said she would send a third replacement card along with my complimentary gift which she asked me to choose. I emailed my choice and was ignored again, several emails later I was told I would receive my new card and gift shortly. Still nothing, no updates from Sarah, no gift, no card. Ive spent a stupidly long time trying to sort this. Wish i'd seen the reviews before i ordered..

This is a review of my experience so far! I received the bracelet and sadly whoever packaged it hadn't put the bracelet and card in the box, it was all packaged separately, had it not of been the damage Would have been minimal and only on the box itself. Unfortunately the package had been badly handled and the box, card and bracelet was damaged inside. I was so upset. The bracelet also cake up a little smaller than advertised. I contacted the company and Sarah got in touch very promptly with a lovely long apologetic email. They are making and engraving me a new one to send out and alos in the larger size to ensure it fits. They have also said they will send me some complimentary freebies as an apology. The bracelet itself seemed of good quality and looked exactly as advertised (minus the damage). I am yet to receive the replacement as its only need a couple of days but so far the customer service I have received has been outstanding, cant fault it and thats a rare thing it seems nowadays! I look forward to receiving my new bracelet and freebies. My advice to the company would be package everything in the box to avoid everything getting damaged.

If I could give this 0 star I would

If I could give this 0 star I would. My 4 items came in very poor quality the mens bracelet doesn't even fit my 10 year old child. The items are off very poor quilty. I was told I couldn't get a refund on the personlised items even though they where not up to standard or quilty. When I advised I was going to my bank I was offered a partial refund or vouchers to use in there store. I would highly recommend not to order from this site. They stated all items are inspected when they recieve them these items have not been checked or if they have they clearly do not have high standards.

I cant believe Moments Gifted have…

I cant believe Moments Gifted have replied to all the bad reviews all together after months! with there generic replies. I spent 3 months fighting then through PayPal with all there lies and got my refund. Please don't be fooled by this company. There is no customer service and there products are cheap and tacky.

My mistake, their solution!

I was disappointed to note that I had apparently ordered the wrong sized bracelet for my son. I got in touch with customer service and the response was immediate! Despite the fact that I had ordered wrongly, the customer service advisor, Amy, was kind enough to say that they would send me the correct sized bracelet free of charge! Thumbs up for a fantastic service! 👍🏼

My experience wasn't as bad as these reviews

I didn't read the reviews until after I'd ordered, so was very sceptical. Orders arrived and I was pleasantly surprised. Bracelets came with the box and the little poem card thing. I did have to stick the card to the box, but the Bracelets were actually quite nice! Only reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is because I spelled a name wrong and contacted the email address, and they said they would change it but never. Its not a big deal, as its a tiny error, but otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Delivery was within 3 weeks, so was happy with that too.

Wish I could give it a nil rating

Wish I could give it a nil rating. Bracelet finally arrived. It's OK but not as good quality as advertised. The daughter ring never arrived. I was told it was posted separately. It never arrived. I was then told, they would investigate with courier. Didn't hear anything again. I complained. No reply.
Took it up with PayPal. I gave copies of emails, pictures of what was ordered.All I asked for was money back for not receiving the ring, that I would accept the bracelet because at least I would have that to gove to our son.
Eventually PayPal said I hadnt provided enough info for the case to be closed in my favour.
Gutted, as I'm not exactly rich!!!
Don't buy anything from Moments Gifted. You'll be disappointed 😞

Worst service ever, robbed!!

Worst service ever!

I bought two gifts from this company I contacted them to say my daughters gift had had not been delivered they explained it may just be delayed because of busy period. Well it’s been months now the gift never came and all my emails have been ignored since the first one was responded to then nothing after!

Never order from this company unless you can afford to lose your hard earn money; diabolical!!

So disappointed, I got dupe by the lovely Instagram post and order expecting a lovely gift for my daughter but I will never make this mistake again. They are fully aware that the item was not received I have emailed at least 6 times now I have accepted I’m the list of my money but wanted to warn others!!! Zero stars for this company but I had to tick one regretfully as that’s the minimum.

Do not buy the bracelets they are cheap tac from china, the box is rubbish the wording comes on a piece of card which you would have to glue into the box, and they can’t spell and then blame you for spelling your own sons name wrong when clearly there is not enough room on the bracelet for the full spelling of the name, be warned a total con

Bought an engraved bracelet for my son…

Bought an engraved bracelet for my son as I liked the words in the box.
Bracelet arrived in an empty box / no card with the words I ordered
Sent an email and was promised the card would be sent.
To date I have not received the card despite sending 3 emails.
