Bad quality; customer service will not respond with my request for return/refund.

As we all know, to buy baby clothes abroad need a long time to get the parcel. I known this store by happenstance. At the beginning, the items are cheap and I placed an trial order for it was the first time to buy product on a new store. But it did surprised me after I receive the parcel after 7 days. I have purchased on other store before, and I am worried about my parcel for the delivery cost more than half month. After that, I usually purchase on Mommbaby, and their service is good. They answered my questions patiently and sincerely.

I really liked the large selection of option Mommbaby it's just unfortunate they don't actually sell what they have and th selections are the same everywhere else. The biggest selling point for me was the 50 percent refund on shipping which is why I decided to place an order of roughly $400 as a "test" order to check quality, ease of ordering and sales transaction to gauge if I would be using mommbaby to further stock inventory. After my initial order placed on a Sunday I was contacted the next day about 5 items out of stock. I was understanding since I ordered 50 or so items. By Tuesday I had chosen my replacements assuming I'd get my order by Wednesday the following week. I was charged and paid $178 minus 50 percent for shipping fee which promises 3-8 days shipping. I am contacted a second time and told the price was wrong on their website for one of my items so I could either pay the $25 difference or get a refund. By this time, I just wanted my order placed 4 days prior and still had not shipped. I chose to pay the difference now increasing my total bill $38 because of errors caused by them. I was contacted a third time six days after ordering and told 20 of my items are out of stock, almost half. my order. I could either get a refund, or reselect different items? My first thought was a week has gone by, it's a holiday weekend and my order won't be shipped best case scenario until Monday but also almost half my order was out of stock and they just now realize it? It occurs to me I can shop someplace else have less hassle and get actually get my order. Or at the very least pay a shipping charge on items actually sent. I also have no idea which items were out of stock since they didn't list the items, I realize it's to much of a headache and I couldn't justify pay $178 shipping for a $220 order when I placed another order on a different website for three times the amount of money and items, an somehow the shipping charge is only $85? The same amount it cost me with mommbay yet I ordered almost $1k and three times the number of items. Don't let the 50 percent off or Fedex shipping entice you..This place is really just an oversized drop shipper who doesn't actually purchase stock in advance. This is 2022 if you have inventory, most sales platforms track it automatically The only way it wouldn't is if you're merely rebuying from another sit who isn't integrated with you system. All they do is after a customer orders, they just reorder from another supplier which is why I was notified on three separate occasions of out of stock items.They probably had to wait for a notification. A few items out of stock is reasonable but when they told me the price on their website was incorrect, I sort of felt that was a bait and switch. Mistakes occur but I feel they should taken a loss for their mistake and provided me with the time advertised on the website. But even after letting all that go aside, 7 days after I place an order they inform me they are out of 20 of my items which is half my order? I don't have the time to spend every single time I place an order to make adjustments, over mistakes they make. There are literally a million other websites just like this one, where I don't have to deal with out of stock, incorrect prices and 7 day processing times. For all intensive purposes, even if they updated my order, with the holiday weekend, it won't get shipped out until Monday or Tuesday resulting in a 16 day turnaround time, which is fine had I not paid three times shipping rate for "fed ex". I would avoid this shop..It is probably fine if your buying for yourself, but if you're a business trying to buy wholesale this isn't the place that caters on a B2B level. Maybe that mistake is on me whereas I thought it was a wholesale website for business customers. If you do order from them don't expect to actually get the items your order the first time. Don't be excited because they offer 3-7 day Fedex when it takes a week just to finalize an order. Mommbaby has wholesale prices but there are literally 1000s of other websites with "wholesale" prices..Do NOT USE IF YOU DROPSHIP. If you're ordering one or two things it may be okay but if you are a business owner find a real wholesale company and not a middle man four person removed from a long line of other middle men to buy your product..Unfortunately there are so many of these websites that are basically selling everything from Alibaba it's difficult to find a good source…Mommbaby doesn't have their own factory or stock on hand obviously. They are essentially rebuying your product from another website, who probably is buying from another website and so on. Cut out the middleman or in this case 4 middle men..
