Firstly the warm and friendly service rep I spoke too was beyond lovely. I felt listened too and respected. I was taken through all the details of the policy I was interested in after it was recommended for my age and situation. Bradley knows how to maintain a conversation. This are long calls and is important to keep entertain. Also he was really patient at explaining everything when I had a doubt.
