Order pain brushes and never arrived. I messaged and messaged and thats all I had was the tracking details for weeks. I contacted Ebay innthe end. Stay away what a con .

They supplied batteries which were supposed to be 40AA and 40AAA .They only supplied 20AA and despite numerous emails I am just being ignored

Not had my package and they keep sending the same message over and over. Do not buy and stay well away from this company...

Never delivered item though pretended they had. Useless to get into dialogue with them when they just lie. Didn't even know which courier they used. Wasted 2 days waiting in for something that never turned up. No apology or process. Had to go to Amazon in end who resolved. Money Cruncher, dreadful company. Never had a problem before with any item from Amazon.

Won't be a returning customer.
This company has all the customer service of an itinerant door to door salesperson.
If you want cheap goods, then go to one of those centre aisle supermarkets.
Don't bother Moneycruncher when something goes wrong, they aren't interested, just put it down to experience and avoid them in future.

bought microwave popcorn from them , after 20 seconds it went on fire in my microwave , contacted this seller who refunded popcorn but nit interested in a situation that caused a fire and burnt my microwave

False advertising! Be careful what you order. Was not sent what was advertised and they are refusing a refund. Escalated through Amazon but overall the company have been appalling!!

Tried emailing but no reply, as wrong item was sent.

Ordered items via a third party from money cruncher. Items never arrived but courier advised they had. Doorbell camera shows no deliveries that day. Refused to send evidence nor replace/ refund. You'll save more avoiding unscrupulous companies. Savers online is much more professional and economic.

They show a picture of the product on their marketplace website and then don’t send the whole product. And when you receive the product they say that all of the items in the photo are not included

Havent received my order yet

Easy to order. Great Customer Service and support to explain the product. The item came promptly and was easy to return when it became apparent the incorrect product had been shipped. I would definitely use Moneycruncher again.

AVOID BUYING FROM MONEYCRUNCHER ON eBAY.
You have the MOST confusing item selection/price model I have ever experienced.
It is clearly designed to confuse customers into buying more than they need.
And to top it off, I soon realised the 'CON' when I clicked Buy and realised I was charged over £20 for 4 mini bungee ropes.
So I IMMEDIATELY cancelled the order (within 1 MINUTE of ordering) and was told the cancellation request was processed and waiting for "MoneyCruncher" to accept.
So didn't think anything of it, as I had cancelled the order straight away.
I then get a message about 12 hours later saying they have already posted the item. Absolute lying rubbish!!! you could have cancelled the order, as the cancellation request was IMMEDIATE and you WOULD have seen it BEFORE dispatching 24x bungees to me (I only wanted 4).
So firstly - sort out your duping/rip off pack size selection, pricing model. The most confusing thing ever!!
Second - if a customer cancels within a timely manner (less than 1 MINUTE in my case), respect their wishes and cancel the order as any decent supplier would. Real bad customer service.

Navigating the website was easy and the prices are reasonable.
Unfortunately, the food prep gloves are not a great product.
