There should be a "warning" that says after you filled in your details, there may or may not be someone to call you, and that there is no way you can erase your details. The optout page on one of the replies on a review does not exist when I tried it on google. Also no phone calls after I've put in all the details. Please let us have a way to erase all the info we have put in. How do we know if the details are being sold off to dodgy sites? Trustpilot, please flag this company.

I googled remortgage and got these guys as a sensible option, expecting to find a standard comparison site, showing of different rate from different places in an easy and simple format, instead i fill in all my details for them to offer me a call back...
If i wanted a call back or to speak to a human id have gone to a broker and not what is supposed to be a comparison site...
And no obvious delete everything I just filled in and forget me button, which would be nice as it’s a GDPR right.
What even more concerning is their contact details for GDPR related issues comes back via postmaster as not existing (I’m sure the ICO will be pleased to hear about this)

From start to finish they were very helpful and understanding of my situation. It was dealt with very quickly which meant I was less stressed.

Nothing happened. Enquiry accepted then nothing. Probably because the amount requested didn't match the loan range of the company they apparently selected to quote. Quite rubbish!

I spoke with a man named AJ. I have been struggling with debts for a while and he was so professional and reassuring. He explained everything really well and made what is an embarrassing situation feel very comfortable. I would recommend him and this business to others.

The guys were so easy to talk to around a pretty sensitive subject. Times are hard at the moment and the advisor was so helpful explaining all the options available. Thankfully I am going to be in a more positive space financially now and couldn't recommend these enough.

DO NOT USE - sneaky & then was telling me to lie on multiple occasions to get approved. I get a wage & commission and he’s told me to not say I get commission. I then had to directly ask as he didn’t tell me, would my payment amount change as my wage is always different he then said yes after telling me prior it would be the same amount for 5 years. I told him I do not want to proceed. He then continues to call me to discuss when I’ve decided no already. He’s then sending me text message when I am at my grandmother’s funeral saying well what am I going to do about my situation… IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS - Forceful, Sneaky & rude. I will be following up with a complaint when I am back. That is no way to speak to somebody who is vulnerable, in financial problem or grieving. Makes me feel sick it’s allowed, can’t be legal.

This is their company, I have proof if you need it. It has been forwarded to Trustpilot as you have claimed it’s not true. The review will remain as it is true and I have supplied what I need to supply to show it.

I do have a real number and I have an email address that is contactable and has been contacted by Trustpilot. Why would I go out of my way to make a review about a company I didn’t speak to. I did not go through but it but I did have these conversations with somebody that works there. The link it has displayed leads to your website.

I have now been contacted repetitively on my private email address by their representative to take my review down? Shame on you for trying to run your business that way and threatening people you can do all you like the review is staying up! I don’t want anyone to go through what I’ve gone through with this company even now, you’re invading my privacy sending me multiple emails regarding taking this review down but I will not. I have said if you can show me this isn’t your company I will happily take it down but you’ve failed to do so. You don’t get to pretend to be the 5* company by trying to bully customers. Do what you like with that information.

Excellent service and very straightforward to use. I was put contact with a company who were able assist me with remortgaging my property.

Did exactly what i had hoped for.

Wasnt happy with filling in the qoute form and being told I would be rang within 10 minutes without any warning or choice after I completed the quote form. I couldnt take a call within 10 minutes and i didnt want a call either, just a quick qoute. Very deceptive.

Excellent team of people, and with whats app chat as well was a god send. Highly recommend them Mohammed helped the most but the team were superb. They also beat the competition out of all the other providers I went through hands down!
