I was so scared and upset about the debts I was in, and thinking I could just burry my head in the sand didn't make it go away. I needed to sort my debts out as bailiffs were threatening to remove goods
I'm so glad I made the phone call, I felt at ease and was spoken to with empathy, I felt all my worries were taken away and a massive weight taken off my shoulders, everything about my dro was explained in depth, and no technical jargon, the call took almost an hour and a half but well worth it for peace of mind. I want to personally thank Step Change and Moneywellnes for there support i have been burying my head in the sand after a messy divorce that left me in a lot of debt but now I can sleep better at night now it's all been sorted.

The representatives I spoke with from Money Wellness were clear, concise and very knowledgeable. I had been living a nightmare of spiralling debt for a long time and within a couple of phone calls the overwhelming weight of insurmountable financial burden and stress was lifted from my shoulders

was expecting some detailed information to be sent through as advised on my call . i have autism so need time to think through etc . did not receive all info that the agent advised they would send only a single video that bankruptcy is your only option contrery too what the agent advised . i called back to advise all info not sent the women sho answered was brief short and standoffish and reluctently then said they will ask the agent to call me back .
