I purchased open ear headphones from Monster and 3 months ago they became defective and Monster told me by email they would send replacement headphones they just needed my mailing address amd would send out unit immediately a month later they emailed me again apologizing for the delay and just wanted my mailing address again and once again another month goes by and I receive same email again stating they need my mailing address and unit will be sent out immediately this is almost a month ago again so buyers beware don't purchase Monster products I've was a customer for over 2 decades and now their customer service is about lying to shut up their customer and move on to next one if you read this reach out I will forward a copy of their email lies I kept copies amd SHAME ON MONSTER AS A COMPANY
