The worst( fake ) leather bag I bought and I can’t return (refund)it back to China.
The customer service team were excellent when I decided to return an unwanted bag. Full refund was given. Thank you 😊

I PAID £50 FOR A BAG ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THEY SENT ME A CHEAP BAG NOT EVEN WORTH £5.
AFTER MANY EMAILS AND A PROMISE OF SENDING ME THE ADVERTISED BAG, THEY THEN SAID THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE IT AND DID NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

Not once said it would be delivered from china. The item is cheap and tacky nothing like the pictures. And to return it you have to pay for the postage to china and customs fees. Paid over £55 for the bag so would lose over £30 to return it even though on the parcel it’s say return address is to southall in London. I will never ever recommend or use this company ever again. Absolutely rubbish and a pile of 💩
AVOID MONTIER BOUTIQUE AT ALL COST!! NOT WORTH BUYING..
I bought a bag from from Montier Boutique that took 13 days to arrive. I paid £54.95. Decided I wanted to return it. What was meant to be a simple email for a return label ended up being a a back and forth of emails. Even though the post was not open they still wanted me to open and send pictures of the item. Mind you it was a non designer bag which after research you can buy of amazon for half the price. Again it is shipped from China, which i didnt know. On returns sticker address on post says southall. So it should be sent to Southall? Right?
They were unable to give me a quote of the cost a customer will endure on returning, which made me think there's hidden agenda/ high cost. I provided them where I will be returning it from, they should already have my details. Still, did not give me an estimate of the cost of return and insisted on sending pictures of unopened post. On top im on holiday. Its been nothing but stressful for a cheap bag that I could have bought on amazon or temu.
Still in the process of back and forth of messages with no outcome as I'm away and cannot physically do what they ask of me.

Awful. Sent wrong item then 15 emails later received a low quality knock off which they refused to resolve without a return cost to me more than the value of the bag. Scam
AVOID AVOID!!! It is impossible to return anything with this company because guess what, they charge £30 for shipping cost of a small bag and another £10 for custom fees. I wish I never ordered anything from them because now I am stuck with an item I don't want and can't return. When I made my order I didn't realise the product will be arriving from China and if I will want to return it I will have to send it back there. It's literally not obvious from their website at all. What they offered me was 15% refund...
