We never had to deal with chasing solicitors to move forward, never were in situation where we were waiting for solicitors to return from holiday etc. Any communication, any update from buyer, the n-number of other entities, we received on the day without any delay. Once the buyer was identified, the whole process was wrapped up just over 2 months.
