This company is a scan . don’t trust this company. They will give you Lost a lot money.
They would lie to you say anytime you can cancel and when you wanna cancel, then don’t give you cancer.very bad company

I initially joined as a trade of the day member, then upgraded to the war room, I found a lot of trades were very poor performing, I think the biggest winners are, Bryan, Karim and Nate bear. also when I joined it was $2500 for membership now it is $7500, in my opinion it is not worth the money and forget the hype and win rates because my experience is that they reccomend a lot of poor performers as well, but the biggest thing is the spam from the associates all with the latest gimmick to make you money for an upfront fee of only $100s of dollars, these come in daily and too many to count

I would give a -5 star if possible. Here is the what I wrote to them tonight, after about 4 weeks and 7...SEVEN interactions with them and still no kind of help from them whatsoever, although they DID take my money right up front...What the hell did I pay for?!?

"Your company took my money and did absolutely nothing for me, at all, whatsoever.

It's been a lot of anger and frustration for me after having to reach out MANY times and STILL nothing,

The apparent incompetence of your company is very appalling especially given the fact that you mislead people to trust that their best interests are front and center when they do business with you, an absolute fallacy I have found.

Please return my money to me right away before I start relentlessly leaving terrible reviews all over the internet.

Monument trading group is on telegram there is a guy named Eric Mohsen who claims to be the admin and so called chairman, they take money and then never reply.

Unfortunately Joseph ran down my account deliberately then they closed a few months later. Now they have reopened- buyer beware of anyone or company linked to Monument or “Joseph” I have learnt my lesson. God will judge them - God can see their reviews!

I really do not have a review but they are back on Google Advertising with their glowing stock pick reports. I always review opinions from the public before spending money. As they were reported closed in 2019 by some on this page. How are they back in operation?

Surprise Surprise!!! Other people have been scammed by this company. Come on Trust Pilot....read the list of poor reviews! You are supposed to protect and inform the public....remember?

total scam. have tried to withdraw with an application and surprise surprise no answer, no answer to emails. website has dissapeared and no answer from account manager.

I have no idea what is going on. I invested a little in Monument November 2019. All was good. My advisor amazing. I was making money. I invested a little more. Then I was encouraged to invest my super into a SMSF. I trusted Monument as they had been very genuine. Now I am being told that ALL my money is gone.
$160 000 of it. I have been told the 'director' (from Tasmania apparently) has it in Australia. Police reports have been made. ASIC advised but no responses yet. I'm guttered.

Isn’t it a bit strange that all of a sudden Monumenttrade’s web page no longer exists, their support email address is bouncing back saying the address does not exist, my account manager is not responding to messages, but yet they are still blocking all the negative reviews here. Not sure what they are trying to hide??

It needs to be shared that Monument Trade are not to be trusted. Please research thoroughly before investing in any venture. Ask for credentials and when provided, check those credentials with a regulating body such as ASIC or FCA (depending on your country). Professional companies will be happy to provide this information. EDIT: This review was flagged by Monument Trade. I fail to see why.

I been investing in a company, Monumenttrade have been investing with them since October 2019, all is ok until you want to sell some shares and cash in on your investment,,,, now Their brokers will not answer mail, my account home page has been hacked and removed from my access, l cannot find Monumenttrade anywhere on the net? Only this review post??

Everything started of great constant contact with my broker , I was asked to contribute my supperanuation to my account and it was something I didn't want to do , Now it's been months and nobody has contacted me I've emailed customer support so many times and still no reply , I requested to withdraw money from my account again with no response from anyone . Now I can't even access my account and I've emailed my broker only to have it sent back saying no such email exists !!! How does this company have the right to block reviews when we are the people they have stolen money from , I've lost my money now and it looks like alot of other people have as well ...they need to be reported monumenttrade you are disgusting for what you have taken from people !!!!!!

The Monumenttrade has vanished off the internet. For the past several days I have not been able to log into my account. Tried to contact them via their support email but the emails bounce back. Tried to contact my broker and last week he responded that there is a site maintenance and it should be back online in a few hours. Nothing happened and now my broker is not even responding to my messages. I'm very disappointed. Scam? I don't know but it is a possibility. I have been with them since last year and everything was going well, until now

hi there . I went off the grid for a while at the height of covid in march . now I cant even find the website to log onto my account . I've read the mixed reviews. I just want to know why i cant log onto monumenttrade website ( from Australia) and cant contact anyone . it's like this company has been wiped off the face of google search

I cant contact them, cant withdraw, this is a scam, I was in contact with an account manager until I wouldnt commit my whole superanuation. Then they said I had fixed trades for several months even though i did not request this. Now I have no contact at all. Scam Scam Scam.

Very happy with my investment manager! As a clueless investor, I was very scared of what I have done. My investment manager goes out of his way to answer all my questions and concerns. He is even very funny and has a lot of patience for me. The best thing is that I can directly contact him whenever I have a question or feel nervous about my investment. I'm looking forward to investing more soon hopefully!

I lost almost half of my superannuation and got fired from my Job. My team from monument trade saved my family's life and mine. I am living off of my investment with them and they advised me on my superannuation when I was unaware that my hard life's work suffered huge loses in just a few weeks!!! Since then I have transferred my superannuation fund to a savings account with monument trade.
