I can’t believe this company is still allowed to produce and sell these extremely dodgy watches. My poor daughter has been let down as this was her Christmas present and since that day after paying for a plan it isn’t working. Like everyone else we have sent numerous emails and no response. No customer online support as they indicate on the website, purely an email that I dare say isn’t monitored either. Such a let down!!

Very disappointing. Watch is unusable and customer service is horrendous. Multiple emails sent with zero reply. They also claim they offer 24/7 support on their website which is false.

Will attempt to bring back to retailer but given the reviews on here indicating how hard it is to cancel sim plan I anticipate more issues be free of this product.

Waste of money how do I get my money back doesn't work shit watch kids are so disappointed

Bought 1 for each of my sons for xmas. They were the worst purchase. They won't connect to my phone to set up so are completely useless. Customer service is a joke. No phone number only an email that goes unanswered. Have tried to cancel both Sims but unsure if this has even gone through or not.

Watch Sim won't activate and moochie help doesn't reply to any emails it's been over a week now and still no reply from the help worst product and company ever

We bought this for my son for Christmas and we are still waiting for it to connect. We have sent numerous emails without any responses. This is a joke. 24/7 customer service is a load of BS. From Christmas day till now we haven't received one response to any emails. I will be contacting fair trading.

Awful customer service, same as another review from 2 days ago I bought this for my son for xmas. It won't connect at all, I have emailed 5 times, also reached out on Instagram with NO Reply from anyone. Terrible service

Bought for childs christmas present from santy and it doesn't work - try to activate the sim online and the page just goes blank so can't connect it
Customer Service must be non existent as no replies to numerous email - very disappointing letting kids down for Christmas

The watch never works, repeatedly mobile connection needs to be reconnected by moochies and goodluck trying to get any response from them. They never reply to support messages or emails. Ive been trying to cancel for months with no response, hopefully i will get my money back.

After sending several emails for the past 2 months to cancel the sim subscription, I have finally got a response and have the 2 months refunded.
They said they "had issues with the system" hence the missed messages.
Their automatic reply email from their customer service email now says there is a cancellation link and you can send proof of when you first asked to cancel the plan and they will refund you.
Guys email and get your money back!

Ive since asked for a refund, they can have the darn thing back....but guess what? No response. Kinda ironic for a communication product company to not communicate, akin to BT. RUBBISH!!!

I have been trying for months to get the sim plan cancelled. We got it for my son for last Christmas, he gave the watch a go but he very soon stopped using it altogether (after about a month or two). Useless piece of crap. I forgot to cancel the sim plan and when I realised a few months ago, I sent an email. No response. Many emails later no responses! I have cancelled my direct debit and my hopes of getting a refund for the months of ignored payments in the meantime have now vanished. I'm now getting reminder emails that my monthly payment has failed. Funny, they were very helpful in the beginning setting up the damn watch but come to ending it, they are no where to be found! STEER CLEAR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCAM OUTFIT THIS IS

Big Scam. There is no customer service.
They will charge you monthly and if you want to cancel your sim, no one will reply to your emails.

If I could give NO STARS i would!!! This is the worst company by far and are the biggest thieves. I have sent my many emails and no one time they have responded… they are still taking my money when I have clearly told them this stupid product is faulty and useless. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

They still take money from my account when the watch does not work and no one has contacted me for support. I have sent many emails asking for technical support and many emails to CANCEL the plan!!!!! I have to go to the bank and cancel my CARD!!!!!!!

This product is an ABSOLUTE SCAM—do not buy it! I ordered two watches for my kids, and they do not work! I AM BEING CHARGED EVERY MONTH, and shutting down my account has proven impossible! There is no support on their website, and the phone number +61 404 444 444 is OUT OF SERVICE. They also do not respond to emails. Please, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

They make you register and sign up to monthly sim fee before you can activate the watch.
After not receiving help after numerous emails, I sent an email to cancel the sim, I sent this August 2024, since then they have still deducted the money out of my account 15 emails to cancel later.
DO NOT BUY, ITS RUBBISH, A SCAM AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
