I made a purchase of a diffuser with the pineapple musk oil . From the store in Milton keynes. The service was so good and helpful and my Wife was over the moon the purchase 10/10 .

Finest fragrance. Long lasting you will never get anything as good as Mood Rhubarb & Cognac and Blonde Maracujá. Finest smell I have ever came across once you use this you won’t go for anything .

Mood website was simple and easy to use. The fragrances do not disappoint, I've had 6 different and they are all fab. Pineapple musk is a personal favourite. One small bottle lasted a whole week on holiday recently. Brilliant all round, 10/10 would recommend

Number 1 perfume i have got white oud
I have spend alot of money on other more expensive perfumes on this but i didnt find such a long lasting and refreshing perfume than this. Once i spray on my cloths it keeps on smelling for 3 to 4 days.

I received two fragrances from Mood as birthday gift and love both of them. The presentation box is excellent and some free samples were also thrown in. I would definitely recommend.

The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, guiding me through their impressive collection with genuine enthusiasm. One staff member I was speaking to at the time called Ishmael in Birmingham City centre was excellent! They took the time to understand my preferences and helped me discover a hidden gem I wouldn't have found otherwise.

Wonderful fragrances a class above anything on the market

Cannot fault the smells. The hardest part is deciding which one to but, as they all have a chance.
Blonde Maracujá maybe takes the number 1 spot for me.

Every time I visit, the staff are always lovely, welcoming and provide exceptional customer service. I genuinely believe they should all be proud of themselves because working in sales isn’t easy, especially when you’re standing on your feet all day. I’m very proud of the Mood London staff, and I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication.

The perfumes I’ve purchased from Mood London are absolutely amazing! I genuinely cannot think of anything that needs improving when it comes to the fragrances themselves.

The atomisers are fantastic. They’re convenient, aesthetically pleasing and beautifully designed.

My absolute favourite fragrance is Raspberry Oud. However, I’m also planning to purchase Vanilla Crème, as I haven’t bought that one yet, although I have smelled it and really like the fragrance.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the shopping bags. I feel there could be more creativity in their overall design, including the handles, as the strings are quite flimsy. A more distinctive and durable bag would complement the beautiful presentation of the perfumes.

Other than that, I genuinely have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences with Mood London Birmingham Bullring.
