Order never arrived even though it said delivered. Supposedly resent and still never received said items. A scam

If I could put a zero star I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I repeated asked to return an item and after a month of asking am told it’s too late. I sent 4 emails requesting to return and just get a bot message. The clothing is rubbish and is nothing like the pictures.

Terrible service, shoes arrived loose without boxes, wrapped in a big bubble wrap bag. Took nearly three weeks to arrive. Attempting to return shoes at present but struggling to figure out how to as website no longer on line. Worst online shopping experience.

took my order and my money , 2 months later 1 have no good or a refund . no one can tell me whats going on and i have repeatedly asked for a refund and keep being told they are investigating.

Absolute rubbish quality - products looked nothing like the photos and arrrived 2 weeks after Christmas although ordered at the beginning of December - no way you can return goods either -total con, should be shut down

One star is too many. Do not trust the wording is not what you get. Leather boots that are man made materials, they smell of plastic. Tried to send them back they offer 15% discount. Return email asking for a full refund they replies we will offer a 20% refund. Again refused wanted a full refund. They now say I have to return then to China at my cost. What a scam

Can only concur with other reviews, boots ordered were not leather, lining was cheap material, sole and heel did not line up. They bore no resemblance to the photo in the advert, do not order. Going straight in the bin.

AVOID AVOID AVOID total scam, crap quality false advertising & when you ask for a refund you get fobbed off with buy something else and we will give you an 50% discount, alternatively if you want to return you have to send back to Switzerland at your on cost and still don’t get a refund 🙄 DO NOT USE!!!!

ordered 2 coats and a pair of trainers at £132.00 which i thought was a bargain until I opened the parcel what a complete con these products are advertised as premium quality what a joke I really wished I had checked out this company. I would avoid this company at all costs the quality of their goods are absolute rubbish . SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Wish I had read these reviews before I had ordered but my partner requested 2 pairs of boots as an Xmas present: I am now the angry and upset owner of two pairs of cheap nasty plastic boots described as handcrafted leather on their website and over £100 out of pocket. I have not had any reply from mood clothing as to how to obtain a refund. This is a total scam. Avoid like the plague. They were bought on a credit card luckily so I am pursuing a refund through this avenue.

I ordered the Ethan leather boots which were stated to be real leather and are not. They are cheap plastic 💩 from China. The person/company behind this scam is Dilijan Etemi who is registered at moneyhouse. Even that site looks fake!. I'm certainly never ever buying anything again that's advertised on Instagram or Facebook.

My daughter brought me a pair of Ethan premium leather boots as a Christmas present. They are not leather, they are man made rubbish. £49.99 for a pair of plastic boots made in China. False advertising to get people to purchase their products. Disgusting, avoid this company

Order No 2987 2nd Dec after ordering i had to write multiple emails enquiring when they were going to fulfil my request, today I received two pairs of boots that were described as highly crafted which turned out to something one could buy from a street market for less than £20 I estimate if they got wet or worn in a hot climate they fall apart or melt, they are also too narrow, may be they are bais on foot binding of chinese women because these rubbish would cripple anyone walking any distance, my advice leave this mood company to reflect on it's deceptive and run in the opposite direction and save your money..

This is a difficult company to deal with . Ordered shoes which didn’t fit which is no big deal but they make it very difficult to send back - likely to put you off doing so . In order to get a refund I had to measure the insoles and send a picture of them against a tape measure !

My order #2924 was launched pe 29.11.2024 and today we are in 13.12.2024. I did not receive the goods I ordered and when I brought it to their attention they said they were sorry and tried to blame the distributor. I told them I wanted my money back and they did not want to return the amount, they said it was no longer possible because the goods had left the warehouse. I explained to them that on December 16th I am leaving the country for three months due to work and their products because they are late can no longer be picked up by anyone. Consequently I don't need them anymore, they don't want to understand, I have no idea what will happen to these goods because I am leaving in three days and the goods arrive Somewhere after the 20th With a delay of at least 10 days. It's like I order my sled in November and they deliver it to me in April. What am I supposed to do with it?

Fake, scam, instagram and website. Ordered shoes/boots/jacket. They are not UK based. Quality is poor at best. Shoes are worse than own brand stuff at a supermarket
