Without being overly dramatic, this hair care range has changed my life. I’ve suffered dandruff/dry and itchy scalp along with greasy hair for 20 odd years. I’ve spent £100s so was apprehensive but I was at breaking point and thought I needed to try yet another thing - after the first wash my scalp was a hundred times better and wasn’t greasy for days. I genuinely can’t believe it. I just hope this lasts

So far so good, I've only been using it for a couple days but it makes you clean and keeps skin soft.

Been using Moogoo fake tan and it has been great. The last bottle I had wasn’t good. I took it away on holiday and when I unpacked and took the lid off. A clear liquid had leaked out. When I used the product it did work. Very disappointed as I let the company know but customer service was not good at all and they weren’t interested, my complaint has still not been acknowledged by a person!

Lovely natural products and great customer service. The delivery was fast and arrived in a nice, recyclable packaging. Highly recommended!

Honestly this is the best stuff out there. I use everything they do from the milk wash, the shampoo, to lip balms and toothpaste (or moothpaste as they call it lol).
Fantastic products, our whole family uses it including my 8 month old son. No nasty chemicals in their products which is a huge bonus for me and I’m able to support a local business! 5 stars all the way!

I usually love this brand but have been extremely disappointed in their sun cream. I know it’s a new one and they’ve probably worked really hard, but not hard enough. Feel completely stung, after first few uses, it has become such a pain, having to shake it vigorously before squeezing it out, water just comes out of it I. No amount of shaking and squeezing the tube helps I would avoid buying this. I did email them and it seems that they said this is all normal so they’re clearly not gonna do anything to rectify this situation so I’ve had to spend another £20 on another brand of sun cream as I can’t be dealing with this

I’m currently going through chemo for stage 4 breast cancer. I’ve used the shampoo & conditioner (before hair loss), shower milk, face serum, face cream, deodorant, lip balm, body lotion, scalp cream, face cream with SPF40 tint and self tan cream. The products are amazing. My hair before loss was soft and silky. My skin doesn’t have to fight the drying effects of chemo. My skin is super soft. The self tan is amazing - what a fantastic tan.
Products I don’t like: - deodorant - doesn’t stop sweaty armpits.
Note:- a little of all product goes a long way.
What I’d like to see:- face cream with SPF30 (no tint).
Would I recommend:- oh yes (not the deodorant).
And to finish :- the price is brilliant. So much better value then a very expensive brand I use to use.

The most fantastic product range and a real game changer for people suffering from cancer and going through radiotherapy. Prevented the blisters and helped with the chapped lips. Really amazing. I recently ordered an edible lip balm and a small sun screen with came to £26.35.
But i didnt receive a confirmation email. Its been a week. So i decided to get into touch on the same website i ordered the products from. Only to receive an email saying they cant seem to see any order from me. So i have sent them my bank statement. But other than that radio silence. So am I supposed to just pay them £27 and then receive a multitude of spam emails from them saying you’ve left something in your cart which is all of their products? Its times like these i wish id used Paypal, because atleast id get my money back eventually.
I would stir clear, their customer service needs vast improvement.

Purchased the coconut cream roll on deodorant. Very disappointed as it smells like sour milk and also is very white looking following application. Will not be using.

I used the shampoo for the first time and it matted my hair so much it all had to be cut out. Haidresser said it will take at least 2 years to grow back to original length. I am now left wearing turbans or hats, even at home. I cry most days. Moogoo have now blocked me from all social media. No accountability or empathy. I have sent them pictures and videos of how it has left me and also sent pics of batch number on bottle. I wrote a review on their website but they have blocked that too.
I made complaint in feb its now nearly august. I am still having to wear a cap or scarf to leave the house. Apparently product has been sent to australia for testing now. Also discovered that it has happened to others too. And i am still blocked by them on all social media platforms.

Only used the shampoo and conditioner once. It dried my hair out so much it was knotted beyond brushing, I had to smooth jojoba oil onto it just to get a brush through the Midlengths and ends. To add insult to injury my scalp was so intensely itchy after less than an hour I had to wash my hair again. It took 2 washes (over 2 days) to stop the itching. I have a neurological condition and this exacerbated it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I used Moogoo Eczema for my perioral dermatitis which appeared over a year ago. I had used many other creams and didn't want to use steroid based potions. This cream together with Calm Balm by WildMint has been a game changer and my symptoms have now all but gone. Just a little around one eye left to go. Worked for me.

I received my products from MooGoo. It was a quick delivery, I had no trouble with my order, I did try there products before and it helped me with my problematic sensitive skin. Highly recommended to anyone who is having problems with thier skin and not getting anywhere with thier gp.

I started using MooGoo products about a mont ago and I love them. I'm allergic to 2 preservatives that are in almost every skin care/ hygiene product you will find on the highstreet. Being able to order from MooGoo knowing that I have a whole selection to chose from has been great and my skin and hair feel fab.
Customer service from them has also been amazing. I accidentally ordered a product that wasn't suitable for me so emailed to say I has got them mixed up and could I swap. The order had already gone so it couldn't be swapped but MooGoo offered to send me the correct one as a gog.. even though it was my error. They also got back to me super quick and my orders have arrived exactly when I have expected them to.

I ordered a couple of items. One that arrived was the wrong product. But their customer service was excellent.
