Excellent product. Worth every penny.

I was honestly surprised at the level of support offered by Moon Bottles. The communication was really quick and always very direct. They went out of their way to make sure that we were not inconvenienced.
Very happy to recommend them.

Moon bottles are amazing ! Lynette the founder was so helpful and the product is great quality. the stainless steel straws work well as does the silicone mouth piece. I recommend these unreserviedly

Ordered a bottle for a Christmas gift, a bit of hardware broke on the lid this week and I reached out to buy a replacement on Monday. Today a replacement lid arrived for free. Couldn’t fault the customer service if the business at all

On receipt of my order today, I feel deceived to discover that it is actually made in China -contrary to the impression given on the website.
So a fairly fundamental lack of basic honesty..

Further, I am advised on the delivery paperwork: "in response to your request for a phone call -this business doesn't have a telephone", to call it's customers on !?
Seriously?
What kind of AI based fantasy am I dealing with here?
And none of the quoted "outreach by email" happened either...

I wonder how much other information on the website has been green-washed?
Two stars given (just for the product) -which has so far lasted out the day...

I had a simple and seamless experience from start to finish with my Moon Bottles order. The website was easy to navigate(brownie points for Ready to Take Off/Launch). It was very refreshing to talk to a human that understands...!

I had an issue with my moon bottle lid that had stopped working. Literally within the hour of contacting the company. Gavin had been in touch and a new lid was on the way to me.
This is exceptional customer service which is quite rare these days.

Low star review seems not to get uploaded in n the website as my review hasn’t showed up. And even a review I uploaded when I first bought the item a couple years ago. I purchased two big size bottles and one small size bottle. So far what I’ve found out is water traps in the lid and have to shake for a long time to get rid of it. The lid would turn but doesn’t open. Its also very heavy to carry around.

I love Moon bottles series 2. Easy to clean. Retains heat for around 6+ hours. Leak proof. Looks trendy, bottle for life. Amazing customer support service!

Wonderful customer service and amazing product. Purchased a drink bottle each for myself and two young children. The colours are lovely and look great together. Very easy to wash and low tox which is why I purchased. Would highly recommend.

Really love our bottle with our logo on, the bottle is a real good quality, highly recommend

Iordered and paid for three insulated water flasks. They arrived promptly - but were the wrong colour. I asked for navy (which the supplier even repeated), the products I received were silver. I wrote, twice, seeking replacement flasks.Not only were the flasks not replaced, I didn't receive a response to my emails.
Lynette from Moon Bottles subsequntly contacted me to apologise for my correspondence not being responded to. She arranged to have an alternative product delivered at a much reduced price. I was very satisfied with Lynette's intervention to ensure customer satisfaction.

I thought service like this only now exists in distance galaxies , on more civilised planets 😅

I received a mooncup as a gift 5 months ago, but recently I realised it wasn't keeping hot drinks hot for very long.
After contacting the company, they have sent a replacement mug within a few days.

Can’t recommend this brand enough. Since my first purchase, I haven't looked back. I’ve bought bottles for the whole family (partner and daughter included) plus their food containers and 360 mugs. Everything is top quality and performs exactly as described. 10/10
