Hi guys! Follow up here. I’ve been w/ bongochems, now moonchems, for 4 years and they always pulled through, Shit I love these guys, that is until my last order. 🤷‍♀️ what happened. We’ve mailed back and forth for months, won’t even tell u how many, but sadly nothing, zero, zilch. Loved Bongo, always so helpful. They told me last month a message would be sent to a higher up, but nothing has changed. Just sent my last email to moonchems. May be time to move on.
Will keep you posted if anything changes. 🌹 😔

I saw ur reviews and heard horrid stuff from bong.

Placed an order for a total of $208 on May 23. Never received anything, not even a shipping label has been created. They have yet to respond to even one email, even sent screenshots proving I paid the money. Don't waste your money and get ripped off like me. They will keep your money and leave you with absolutely nothing.

Scam artists, don’t use Moonchems. I placed 2 orders, they sent one and won’t answer my emails. Just took my money and completely ignored me for my 2nd order. Find someone else.

They make mistakes all the time and get super aggressive on the emails calling you petty etc if you ask for them to ship what you ordered after they admitted they made the mistake. Selective scammers. They have mental issues honestly

So far so good the address got mixed up but they keep communication with me. I just drove the 14 hour round trip to get it. Sucks but they were very good and are trying to get things moving and in order. Hopefully it is all that it use to be but I will give the a try. Clearnet places sucks anymore. Thank gave five star because of the reaching out to me and checking and me how know maybe I will get a little extra nwxt time.11

As soon as payment is received it's on the way! Been using since beginning of this year and have had no problems other than it may take a day to get a e mail back. Product is what it is supposed to be usually with extra! The only one I will use for research

Top of the food chain for US RC vendors will go! I don't know another more trustworthy website to be sure. Every pkg i have ever ordered has been delivered within three days time .. I have been truly blessed to research their newest batch of benzo Pellets too. Not only does the owner of whoever works with and/or for him throw in your 90ct.but an extra 50-60 more on top! Honestly I think that's how much he has pressed automatically and just lumps them altogether instead of trying to save money and product for other customers. Shipping only 9 when I know from experience priority shipments can usually cost as much as $13 to send 2 day like he does for $4 less.

Trust me go with moonchems.com unless you are looking for a particular research chem they dont have.

They basically took my money said they would give me a tracking number the next morning and never did. Then continue to ghost all of my emails since then I would avoid at all costs unless you feel like throwing 200+ dollars down the drain to a company that does not care for their customers whatsoever. They also then proceeded to give me an attitude with the one email telling me to never order from them again which I have no problem doing that after they basically just took my money and ran being professional goes a long way in this community of people trying to research these materials

Product came reasonably on time, and Since I use this new site's products for research only, I was sent the item I paid for and my research turned out to be good!

Felt great after researching, because I have missed researching pellets, and actually getting double the 1mg instead of regular I was expecting. Such a smoother payment process that gets you your order processed soon as the money hits and shipped right out within 24hrs of your payment for which there are now more options regarding payment options to make it easier for consumers. from the time you make your payment in 3 days or les, 5 is the longest I've ever waited ,.these guys really stepped it up and there's always discounts and the potential for a lil extra research material for conclusive results and such. You can't go wrong with these guys, just check em out and give em a chance to show you their dedication to research, quality/purity, Expedience doing right by their customers, always making it right.
