Moonlight Bedding Limited Avis 

I order the heavy linen eyelet curtains. The delivery was fast, when they arrived they were beautiful and really good quality but unfortunately the colour didn’t go with my room. I contacted the company who were so helpful and polite quick replies said I could send them back for a refund once received.
I posted them back sent my tracking info and they refunded me. I was really sad they didn’t match my room as I really liked the look of them. I would definitely order for moonlight bedding again.

I have ordered lots of things from this website with no problem the stuff is cheap but OK, I recently ordered five curtain poles which they said were extendable they weren't fit for purpose they kept sliding back into each other they wouldn't even hold up a net curtain let alone a set of curtains, I have emailed them four times asking for a return postage they are refusing there is anything wrong with them I have sent photographs I'm not really sure what he can see on the photographs as the pole keeps sliding into itself I am now going to seek some legal advice because he is refusing to pay to have these items sent back they have totally been represented as an extended curtain pole and I know my rights as a consumer, I have had to email again this morning and this will be the last time. Please do not buy anything from this website he is doing anything to squirm out of giving me a refund for these curtain poles. Do not use this website at all if you have a problem it won't get resolved.

I ordered a throw but immediately realised it was not a heated one so cancelled immediately about 2 minutes after the order. They emailed back to say they had sent it which is nonsense. This is happening more and more on the basis people will just keep them. I contacted them and they said to refuse the throw which was a double bed size. I was given no time or date it was due and at 7.30 on Monday the 9th Feb a knock at my door and a package left there. The driver was walking across the road and I shouted across to him and asked him where he was from and he said amazon. I had ordered 2 things from amazon ao thought OK. It was approx a 10x4 inch box with no invoice or anything. I opened it and it was the throw. I contacted them and said you never told me it was amazon delivering it as I didn't order it from them. They just told me to send it back at my cost. I actually used BUY
NOW to but it through. To me this is really poor business practice at best and they don't deserve more than one star and they only got that because the throw is half decent

Rude rude rude people I never received my parcel just because it says delivered doesn't mean they delivered it to my address and told them no one has knocked on my door i have a ring doorbell footage through out the hole day I called amazon shipping and explained all of this they said they will take full responsibility and will refund seller so that they can refund me but when I explained this to the seller they aren't listening to anything I'm saying they just say item shows delivered go to eBay absolutely nasty people and rude I will NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THROUGH EBAY EVER AGAIN!!!! DON'T PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE

I’ve ordered and paid for goods and payment has been taken and no goods have arrived . The tracking number for Royal Mail that is provided states they are awaiting the goods from you and this has not changed since 1/9/25 !!!

I ordered what was advertised as 100% Egyptian cotton sheets from Yorkshire Bedding, only to receive rough, poor-quality sheets made in Pakistan—fulfilled by a completely different company: Moonlight Bedding, which has a reputation for terrible products and worse service.

The sheets shed an absurd amount of fluff (think: towels in the dryer), felt cheap, and were absolutely not the quality claimed. The fact that this company pretends to be a reputable UK brand but secretly ships through a disreputable supplier says it all.

Looking at reviews afterwards, I can see this isn’t a one-off—customers report partial refunds, missing items, and being ignored. Dishonest from start to finish.

I won’t be wasting time chasing a refund, but I’ll make sure others are warned.

It gives me a good sense of what to expect and whether to order from a supplier or not.

But I also do my own research. One red flag about these reviews here about Moonlightbedding was that I never experienced any disappointment with any company using Amazon Delivery Systems.

Therefor I went ahead and bought my partner and I lovely cozy blankets from them at a really good price.

Product arrived Monday 12 May 2025.

Order was placed and 24hrs later I received a message to say item could not be delivered. I've contacted them via TikTok & they tell me my item is missing & to request a refund. But when you request a refund it's asking to choose a courier. Obviously I can't choose the courier because I don't have the items. Explained this multiple times to them but still no refund has been given! Avoid like the plague

My order was originally placed with the Yorkshire Bedding co, who it turns out to be connected with Moonlight bedding as that's where my order was supposed to come from. The delivery was due on 10th, they said no one in (it's a block of flats with 24/7 concierge)same again 11th even though i had emailed and was assured it would get delivered.Told they allowed 3 trys then order would be returned to them. Third day today, I was sat at reception when they "apparently" tried to deliver.....its all a lie! No 0ne came to deliver at the time they said.Wouldn't trust this company or its associated co. Yorkshire. Luckily I paid via paypal and got a full refund. If I could award 1/2 a star that would be too much!

I ordered from this company in December, all fine until about 3 weeks ago when I started getting email's, they said my parcel has been dispatched followed by my parcel has been delivered. They was all for a different town, my email address not my order, I even get automated messages on my phone to say my parcel was delivered. Only brought from.this company once in December. So beware you may end up with a lot of hassle if you make an order.

I ordered via eBay and the parcel never arrived. After a week of chasing I was told it was because the courier damaged the parcel? Appalling customer service. I would never recommend.

Moonlight bedding, sell on eBay and Amazon and no doubt others but please be warned because they're selling shoddily made 'bargain basement goods' but at delux prices !

I bought 4 x burgundy/red "Faux Fur Fleece Throw Soft Warm Mink Large Sofa Bed Blanket Double King Sizes
310 GSM | SOFT & WARM WINTER THROW" on eBay on the 29th November but only discovered how badly they'd been made, after 2 were washed last weekend. My two children had been using them and of course hadn't noticed anything ! So I unpackaged the other 2 and found that their seams were also open in numerous places and along all their edges, even before being washed !

Unfortunately by then, eBay's 30 day returns policy was over by a couple of days and my request to return them, was automatically closed.

Not even an apology for my polite and honest request ! So, understandably I left negative feedback for the SHODDILY made blankets/throws, to warn other buyers but I've discovered today, that it's been wiped, somehow??? So out of principle, even more of my time will now be spent calling eBay customer services.

My god, the lengths we have to go to, to protect ourselves and others from these COW BOY outfits ?

Iv notified this company that the rug I bought isn't suitable they sent a courier to pick it up without notice, while I was at work so now they are saying they will rearrange another pick up, I have to pay £30 instead of £15

Scammers Poor Quality items smells from there products mould stains, after service non existent, Rude and bad practice company, stay away!!

First delivery was great apart from being told that 2 of my mats had been lost and were now unavailable, I waited a couple of weeks and ordered 2 more mats order went through then email arrived telling me my mats had been lost and were not available anymore but I could have them in a different colour 2 orders 2 lost hard to believe!!

Excellent service, quality items at affordable prices... ordering was quick and easy and my items were shipped and with me the next day..a pleasure to deal with.
