Nothing fit as it was supposed to and when I placed a second order for bigger sizes they took my money but then informed me they were out of the sizes and I have not got a refund.

I made an order but unfortunately I wasn’t able to get it. I want to share how professional and compassionate they with the order. They offered me other options to replace my order. They refunded my money quickly with multiple apologies, it wasn’t their fault I wasn’t able to receive my order (holidays). Very professional and will order again in the future.

Nice vest & good customer service
I ordered a puffer vest from Moonlightbelle. I usually wear a size medium or large for a comfortable fit so I ordered a size large. When the vest arrived it was more a size small. After contacting the company, they agreed to exchange the product for a larger size. I received the new larger vest and it’s perfect. I like the fit, the quality, and the color. And I appreciate the good customer service.

The blouse is cute enough for brunch dates, and I love the ruffle details—total vibe! But the material is thinner than I expected, and when I asked about a possible exchange for a different print, the response was friendly but didn’t offer extra options. Shipping was fast though, and it’s still wearable for casual days. Maybe worth a try if you’re into lightweight styles!

The jumpsuits were cute, so I ordered a few. The jumpsuits were delivered promptly. I loved the colors and material; however, they did not fit my body type in a way that was flattering for me. I think they would look great on other people. Moonlightbelle was helpful with a refund and responded in a timely manner to an exchange and refund.
