Following on from my initial post about my experience with Moon Phase Prints, they apparently read my first Trustpilot review and were kind enough to print me another one, free of charge, with the correct co-ordinates. I am awaiting delivery of this as I write.
Unfortunately, as I indicated in my previous submission, I had already had the original professionally framed as a gift to my Wife, marking our Wedding Anniversary. I asked Moon Phase Prints if they would cover the cost of re-framing with the new print. They declined to do this.
I do appreciate that they were kind enough to try and rectify the issue, and perhaps I should have checked the original print before paying a significant amount to have it framed; but I committed the sin of 'assuming' it was correct.
Sadly, there is no escaping the fact that this experience has rather spoiled the celebration of an extremely important date in our lives together, and I am irritated that a company whose product centres on the position of celestial bodies at an exact time and place, did not seem to understand latitude and longitude.
In conclusion, the products do look nice, although they can be sourced cheaper from some other outlets; and Moon Phase Prints do seem to care about their customers. I would simply reiterate the point from my original review: they claim to be using exact Science. Make sure that's what you get...

Wasn’t happy with the product and to be fair they emailed me straight away and after I sent why I wasn’t happy they refunded me!
Not expected! Good customer service

Moon phase prints were fantastic! I am very happy with the results! I specially requested on a certain date as website states up to 7 days, They said they will try their best to deliver on the day I requested and even though it came a day later than I requested I very much appreciate the gesture and efforts to ship within days! Hope you guys strive further and I can confidently recommend others give them a go!

Don't fall for it like I did.
So, I saw an advert on Instagram selling these quite different gifts, I'll get on for my daughter.
On the advert the colours looked deep and vibrant with a great looking frame, how I was wrong.
The image is washed out and has a matt grey appearance not the deep black blue in the advert. With regards to the frame, it's flimsy cheap clip-in with floppy thin perspex, probably £8/£10 tops.
I paid £120 for materials that cost £15, ikea sell far superior frames.
Please don't fall it and save yourself money.
Got fobbed with a 50% refund that doesn't come close.

Disappointed is an understatement.

I’m pleased to say I had an excellent experience with Moon Phase Prints and couldn’t be happier with their product and service. I purchase the Journey showing 3 moon phases and was glad to see it looked exactly as I expected from the images and descriptions on their website. Communication from Antonio was prompt, clear and friendly from the very beginning, even providing an opportunity to make adjustments after I had placed my order which was a pleasant surprise I have not seen with other products, and my order was shipped incredibly quickly.

Unfortunately, the first print arrived with a printing issue, I appreciated this could be more likely coming up to Christmas when they are at their busiest. However, their customer service was outstanding—I showed them a photo of the problem and they immediately offered me the choice of a refund or a replacement. I opted for a replacement, and it arrived just as quickly as the first, this time in perfect condition. The quality of the print exceeded my expectations.

I’ve noticed that others have shared some mixed experiences, which might make them wonder about my good fortune. All I can say is that my experience has been entirely positive. While the cost may be a bit higher than other companies, I truly believe the value and service I received were absolutely worth it.

If you’re looking for a unique, high-quality keepsake or gift to commemorate a special moment, I highly recommend Moon Phase Prints. Their dedication to customer satisfaction really shines through.

I'll never order from here again. It's been a month and nothing. It's been saying ready to ship for almost 2 weeks. This was ordered in plenty of time and was to be a Christmas gift. I understand shipping is longer during the holidays but if it's been ready then why not ship it out?!

When you go to checkout it sends a code, which never is sent 😂, scam

I ordered a shirt a month ago and it still has not shipped! And they won’t answer my emails. Awful!! I am so mad.

Quality is really bad in comparison to your website, considering a single cardboard print is £45, i would have expected a high quality image, not blurry. A screenshot from your website would have been clearer for myself to print, the product being sentimental is your only saving grace.

Overpriced. We purchased a framed print, £100. The plastic frame flexes and is cheap,maybe we should have bought wood and it isn't glass but thin plastic. Overall certainly not.worth the amount we paid.

Saw an ad on social media and usually I just swipe past but I checked it out.

Customer service is second to none! Reply almost immediately.
Quality of the prints is incredible, and really unique.
