Product is great but Royal Mail delivery is unreliable so cards often arrive several days late which is disappointing

I am not rating the product, as once again it did not arrive. Third time this has happened. For a company that deals in birthday cards, etc I’m amazed Moonpig are unable to use a decent courier and ensure a delivery if an order is place so far ahead of an anticipated arrival date.
