My card came without the message inside

Really easy to customise and check the layout and the end result really wowed the recipient. I’ll use this design again.

I've used this card a few times before as it seems to be the only one where you can basically just write your own message. It'd be great if the background colour could be changed as grey is a bit dull! Similarly, it'd be nice to be able to change the font; size, font etc.

Excellent card, rather expensive postage

First time, I abuse, Moonpig. I found the website easy to navigate and produced a card with very little effort.. Opted for next day delivery and was pleased when phoned the recipient and found the card had arrived on time. Shall certainly use this company again..

Was disappointed that not able to submit a personal picture to be on the front of the card and the script was rather difficult to reqd

Didn’t receive the card until a week late,, so couldn’t use it. It has arrived now but I’ve not opened it as the celebration has passed and it was personalised for a work colleague. A guy called Rab from Moonpig answered my query and refunded me my money so thank you full stars for that.

First card arrived with a fault which had to be replaced, poor quality control.
