Excellent service but maybe a little expensive

My card was due to arrive last Thursday and still hasn’t arrived

So easy to use and good fun to do.

Always use Moonpig for overseas birthdays now, very pleased with product and speed of delivery. Find adding text a little laborious

I use Moonpig often for personalised cards. They are great quality, ship quickly, are good value, and can even be sent internationally. The only improvement would be to allow for special characters, such as accents in foreign languages.

Moonpig always quick and easy. Reliable company and a breeze of an app to use.

Perfect and every shape and form

Loved it as did the recipient!

Vérifié

The card itself is perfectly fine. Exactly as ordered and the recipient loved it, but it arrived a day too late. Whilst I appreciate we are still having issues with the postal service, this has been going on for months now and I would have thought this would be taken into consideration by a company that sends cards as part of their remit, as opposed to taking advantage of the situation and trying to get people to pay for extra postage. In the current economic climate, this is not something many people can afford to do.

I don't think the card is worth the money. Postage is poor too. Last time I will use moonpig I'm afraid, just too expensive.

Such great quality!

Very unhappy with my card I’m hoping to get a card remade or my money back

The birthday card arrived very quickly, was of good quality and the recipient was delighted with it! Great service

The card still hasn't arrived

Hi, It was mentioned that the card will arrive o. The 08th Dec, however, so far the card didn’t arrive yet. I’m very disappointed. Thanks

Recipient was so happy. Uploading photos is a great idea and set you apart from others
