Quality of the mug itself was good. But I was so disappointed with the finished product. The font size and centering was so bad. I know I sent the details but I would have appreciated if someone had centered the caption . And made the font bigger to suit the picture. It was poorly done. This has never happened before. I was always happy with anything I ordered previously.

The picture printed too dark. You can barley see half his face. His face is clear in the picture I sent in

Moonpig where very efficient at creating the mug that I ordered. It arrived quickly my only downside really is photo that I asked to be printed on the mug is very dull. I understand this can happen but it really takes away from the quality of the product l ordered.

I never got my product

Very concerned that having ordered 2 identical mugs only one has been delivered and I was charged £4.99 per mug for P&P, half the cost of the mug
