Useless, card didn't arrive again

My card did not arrive, this has happened before so I paid extra and it still didn't arrive, Whats a joke. They really should do something about this company ive been let down before so tried funky pigeon, just as bad. From now on shop bought cards from me!

Poor quality

My grandaughter used moonpig to send me flowers. On opening they were horrendous at least 4 stems were mushy & mouldy! Dead buds and drooping heads. I took photos & forwarded to moonpigs customer care . To date I have not received any explanation or even apology.

Totally ripped off and no card

Sent my best friend a card then my grandson . No cards received . They have caused so much upset and blame Royal Mail when it’s them. I won’t be using them again as all trust has gone. When you have an upset 10 yr old who thinks his grandma doesn’t care it’s no joke .

soggy cardboard box containing sharp broken glass

I received a parcel which was a gift from family. It was a soggy cardboard box containing broken glass. I should have been bottles of beer but they had been smashed. They had been poorly wrapped with little packing around them and none between the broken bottles

I feel totally let down by this…

I feel totally let down by this company. Tried them for the first time to print a photograph card for my grandson. The photo was shifted to the left which meant the H of Happy was left off and a white vertical line was left on the right hand side. It is very difficult to get an email through to the company but I eventually did. I explained the problem. They said they would reprint but no, they decided to credit my account. I eventually managed to get an email through to them again having explained once more the problem and reiterated I would like a reprint. The reprint arrived today with exactly the same error. My experience has been very poor.

Sumed up in one word. Incompetent. Customer service let's all laugh. Failed delivery. Don't care attude this company is shocking we'll enjoy my money you had for crap service cuz you ain't getting no more. Funky pigeon here I come 👍

My son ordered me Mother’s Day flowers

My son ordered me Mother’s Day flowers, they arrived the day before . Half the flowers were brown 😤.
Not only is it terrible that l had to say they were lovely, but also a complete waste of his money.
I did try to contact Moonpig without any luck, terrible company.

Absolutely shocking company now

Absolutely shocking company now , no customer service , no phone number .
Bought a card for Mother’s Day on Thursday paid for next day delivery, now Monday she still hasn’t received it!!!!
Been using g the so called live chat service been over 24 hours and still haven’t had a response!!!!!!!!
I want my money back !!!!!!

Someone from moonpig reply to this, I want my money back !!!!!!

Avoid at all costs. The worst customer service experience ever!!!!!

When I completed my order the checkout page stated delivery would be the day before Mother’s Day, within 1 second of completing and paying, on the confirmation email this had moved to delivery on Mother’s Day. So, late in the afternoon on Mother’s Day, after I had been out and done emergency shopping, the parcel finally arrived and lo and behold one of the two cards I ordered was missing which caused considerable upset. Not only would I never recommend Moonpig, I will actively go out of my way to discourage people from using them and will never use them again myself.

MOTHERS DAY GIFTS

Hi there.
This is an update from my last review of during the week. First review was about the late delivery of mothers day gifts I had ordered with moonpig. They were to be delivered in two days. But the gifts didn't arrive on the 12th so I couldn't intercept the post.
Then to make things worse when the package did eventually arrive the surprise package for mothers day arrived in a very obvious Moonpig box so that was the suprise lost. And to top it off the mothers day card I had designed on the website was not inside the parcel with the mug I had ordered. So no mothers day card from her son on her first mothers day. What an absolute joke of a company. I definitely won't be ordering from moonpig in the future. Very disappointed 😞

When dealing with the Moonpig AI…

When dealing with the Moonpig AI chatbot I was asked a question that I did not know the answer to but it repeatedly asked for a yes or no which I could not give. I asked for a human to speak to but was just repeatedly as for a yes no answer. This is basic stuff lads if ye cannot get this right then AI is not going to work for you ! I will NEVER use moonpig again and will warn people away from it. They should have properly trained AI's and a human backup.

Pretty bad

Pretty bad. I ordered cards two weeks ago, they still haven't arrived and there's no way for me to even lodge a complaint. Their 'support portal' is down. Really awful. Last time ordering from Moonpig!

OTT advertising

I have used Moonpig on several occasions and have always been happy with the service and the range of products. I was also planning to use the for Mothering Sunday too. However, the number of Moonpig adverts that have interrupted my evening YouTube viewing have really been over the top. What’s more, it has been the same advert again and again and again which is very annoying! I get that businesses need to advertise but everyone knows that Mothering Sunday is coming up and everyone knows about Moonpig so scale it back a bit. I am sorry but I’ll be using Interflora for Mothering Sunday this year.

Well this doesn't surprise me

Well this doesn't surprise me. Last time my granny received a bloke's cheeky apron. Not from us of course. Didn't know where her gift was took ages and she had to return the erroneous gift. Proving it well that's another story. This time I ordered a card last week. Choose a date of arrival it said. 2nd March. Has it arrived no of course not then you get their AI going on about a window and it arriving tomorrow. I didn't select 3rd March. Utter rubbish. My niece hasn't received her card and I spent a bit. Wasted money. Never using them again. Delete Delete Delete. Utterly upset!

Crappy multiple delivery charges in the same order.

I’ve used Moonpig for years as I live overseas and it’s convenient for sending cards and gifts to family and friends. I’ve always felt their gifts are overpriced but used them for the convenience. However of late I’ve been getting charged separate delivery charges when ordering multiple gifts for the same person/address. Moonpig said this is as they use different delivery services (Royal Mail and DPD) depending upon the item. It’s a real disincentive to buying the same person several gifts. I’m therefore going to use a different service in future.

Crazy no common sense customer service stinks

Iv used moon pig for years had no problems customer care was always good. Cards have been replaced when never received albeit late.
Iv just ordered three special personalised large cards not cheap but needed them. They were lovely.
They were delivered one big envelope no envelopes for cards. The cards are all going to different address. Apparently I pressed to be delivered to my address. Yes that right then they will be given out. Tried to ring them number doesn’t exist anymore you have to go on line. Tried the bot got no were emailed them to be told I pressed to be delivered to mine. I told them that’s right to be given out. I was told the only way to get the envelopes is to order another card (I don’t need) an they will put them with that order. They cannot send them out otherwise. I said surly the card comes with envelopes included in my payment so surly they owe me part payment refund again told they cannot send out unless I order a new one. The cards I’d be embarrassed to give out so money wasted. I’m a disabled pensioner feel there’s no common sense being used here. Iv used for years an never come across this before so I have asked them to delete my account take me off their data base.
I’d never use again. Just crazy

No issues at all

Ordered two cards on two separate occasions and everything went very well.
Personalised cards with no issue and cards sent and received with no issue.
