Interesting coffee varieties to try out. Great service and quick delivery. I've been using Moon Roast since lockdown, and am never disappointed.

An excellent all rounder
Good website design, a wide selection of coffee origins to choose from. Delivery packaging is the most beautiful out of all coffee vendors I have tried, and the coffee bag (1 kg of Ethiopia beans) seals nicely for storage purposes.
In terms of the coffee itself, it is very fragrant and the tasting notes are accurate. Reasonable price for the quality/quantity.
I will continue purchasing from Moon Roast :)

Late Arrival!
The packets of coffee arrived nicely packaged.
However, it 4 working days after I received the email saying the package was with Royal Mail, who were supposed to deliver it within 48 hours. The only update supplied on the Royal Mail 'track your package' site during the 4 days was "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item" - not incredibly helpful.

Fantastic coffee

We use RM48 for our free shipping option which is normally very reliable. However on this occasion it has unfortunately taken considerably longer which is disappointing for you and also for us as we pride ourselves on exceptional coffee and exceptional customer service. I am pleased to see that according to the tracking reference, your order has now arrived, so I hope you will be able to enjoy your coffee in the sunshine. If you decide to place an order with us again, there are 2 quicker options for postage you might like to consider - RM24 for orders under 2kgs, or the Parcel Force 24 hour service for orders over 2kgs which can be selected at the checkout, so we hope you will consider Moon Roast for future coffee purchases. We had a lovely trip out to the Moon…
We had a lovely trip out to the Moon Roast roastery at a Chilton Manor Farm to collect our latest coffee order. We normally have the coffee delivered but we thought we would drive down to see the roadside snowdrops.
The coffee was ready to collect and we had a nice coffee and cake in the courtyard restaurant next to the roastery. We are already drinking the coffee and it is up to its usual very high standard. Definitely worth a trip out to the roastery if you are in the area!
