The Coffee is great and an even better…
The Coffee is great and an even better coffee shop and food. The one down side is if you ask for delivery they use Royal Mail or as some people call them " Snail Mail". Takes too long to receive your coffee and think they need to review the delivery as it spoils the experience through no fault of their own.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, glad to hear you are enjoying our coffees but we're sorry to hear your coffee orders take a long time to arrive. We use Royal Mail 48 for our free shipping option which normally takes 2 days to arrive. However Royal Mail do say they aim to deliver within 2-3 working days for the RM48 service, so depending on which day you order and if it is near a bank holiday as they tend to have a back log of mail then, it can take slightly longer. We also offer a 24 hour Parcel Force service and RM24 for customers who need their coffee quickly and would like to pay for faster deliveries which are normally pretty reliable. We do value your feedback and and will bear your comments in mind when we next review our postal service options on the website which we will be doing later in the year. Sophisticated packaging and great presentation. Unusual product, coffee from China intriguing flavour combinations. Helpful recipes, precise espresso brewing guide.
Tastes are as described, layered flavours starting with a bright enlivening green apple with a follow-up milk chocolate underlay. Aftertaste is exactly the same. Very refined, very unusual espresso brew, very impressive. Reminiscent of the last espresso beans from Moon Roast with cleverly layered flavours. Definitely glad I could get a bag.

Fantastic Coffee that’s easy to order.
Ordering through the website is very straightforward and delivery was prompt. The coffee is fantastic, I love the flavour, I just wish there was a nearby retailer so I could reduce the delivery cost.

Superb coffee for espresso machine
Superb coffee that brews beautifully in my Sage espresso machine. I've been mail ordering from Moonroast for about 4 years now, buying the Moonshot roast. Occasionally I receive a "loyalty treat" of a coffee bean sample I haven't tried before. These gestures and short handwritten notes on packing slip make it feel more personal and human than other online purchase I make. I also like that I'm able to support a local, small Arelsford business. But the main reason I'd highly recommend them is the quality and freshness of their coffee beans. Only warning is it's hard to enjoy a coffee anywhere else now!
