Moorcroft Beds Avis 259

My bed arrived late yesterday afternoon and was significantly different to described. Not a luxury bed at all. Staples holding the fabric together and nails sticking out of the foot of the bed. No fire safety labels attached. I’ve spent 24 hours trying to contact this company and had no luck. The chat asked for pictures and when I sent them ignored me. The phone number goes to a mail box that is full. They is no guarantee with this bed. The piping on the bed is all different sizes.

They delivered the wrong mattress with only one man so he couldn’t get it upstairs. There was no choice given for delivery date or time either. The actual frame is poor quality and the fabric has a flaw right in the middle of the headboard.I was very disappointed because I was trying to support local businesses but would not buy another from this company. I am awaiting a reply from them regarding refund and removal.£ days after delivery they still haven't responded to several emails about returning items and not answering the phone!

Ordered bed. Delivery was slightly delayed but we were kept updated throughout. Bed was easy enough to put together and looks stunning. Gets so many compliments

We have recently ordered 3 beds and mattresses from moorcroft beds, we really liked it the design and quality of the products are very good. It looks like very expensive and easy to assemble. We are pleased to have these furniture in our new home. In future also we would be interested in purchasing from Moorcroft beds.

Ordered a bed that I nearly paid over double for before coming across Moorcroft. the fabric is lovely, the bed looks great and it was really easy to put together. Delivery was prompt and I was informed the day before with a time slot and a phone call on the day to say that they were 20 minutes away! Really pleased

Its always a big risk to spend so much money in a hope to get your dream bed. The range was giving luxurious. What could go wrong? Hand on heart…. Bed came within days, wrapped perfectly and the texture was 10/10! I ordered the superking cream 90inch headboard and omg its amazing! When i was in to my room i feel like its a dream room! A bed i wished for a long time! They do need to form some better building instructions but when called they quickly sent me a you tube video which helped! Im in love! And with showing my followers the luxury this gives my friends have also ordered theirs. From my master bedroom a further 4 sales have been done! I recommend these guys highly!

Really positive experience bought a lovely bed and really happy with purchase, the bed colour looks really great, we had a slight issue at the beginning they sent the wrong part but when we called they quickly swapped the part in a couple of days and the so would highly recommend and can’t wait to get the bed up, currently finishing off our loft conversion and this will be the centre piece of the room with the high headboard.

Great price, so really happy with purchase and will use again if we ever need any other beds

The bed is of very good quality and for an affordable price in accordance to the design of the bed, from having the bed for almost a year it’s definitely durable and of high quality only problem is there’s not entirely clear instructions but it wasn’t too hard to assemble just make sure you are present when the bed gets delivered so you don’t have to go through the hassle of assembling the bed yourself

Awful quality bed paid 300.00 it stinks of chemicals and there's parts missing despite repeated attempts to contact this company they have ignored me, I'm now going to the Obudsman and going to get a charge back through my bank , they've replied to this review funnily enough claiming not to have any evidence of my contact or order number which is #MCB119046 they have my number as per given to do this review and they have my email address and multiple messages trying to contact them. So I say to them they can reply to those or use my phone number and call me !!!

After the rude gaslighting phone call I just received I shall I send all my evidence to the Obudsman and contact my bank as planned

We ordered a Super King Hermes bed frame with front lift ottoman. Very pleased with our purchase. Bed frame is extremely sturdy and looks fantastic. Ottoman works fine. Was delivered and assembled on time. Delivery people were very good and took their time to construct the bed as it should be and also took away all rubbish, old mattress, and tidied up.

It was my first purchase from Moorcroft Beds so I was a little hesitant at first. It was simple and straightforward from the initial purchase right to delivery. I absolutely love this bed! The modern, upholstered design looks beautiful and gives my bedroom a calm, luxury feel. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and the padded headboard is perfect for relaxing. We order a Dorchester ottoman bed and I've just erected it, it looks amazing. Great value, prompt delivery and excellent communications. Would definitely order from this company again. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, ordered the bed frame and rang and asked if there was any chance it could be delivered any sooner than the lead time showing on the website, they got it out to me within 3 days. Was extremely happy with the service!!

I bought my 13 year old slim daughter a trundle bed. It was very poorly designed and within a month the base kept splitting from the headboard. I tried getting in contact with moorcroft but no one responds to emails or calls back and mailbox is always full. I had to pay for a handyman to come and reinforce the base with more screws and support it better. Less than two years after purchase the bed completely collapsed. I see moorcroft do not stock the bed anymore and I can only assume it’s because it was such a poor design many others must have complained. The bed was not cheap and I would have expected it to last. I have tried using ther chat system, calling and emailing but no one gets back to me. Very dissatisfied

The quality is outstanding, sturdy, comfortable, and beautifully finished. The customer service was excellent from start to finish — friendly, patient, and very helpful in helping me choose the right option. Delivery was smooth and on time. I’m sleeping better already! Highly recommend to anyone looking for great quality and service.
