Morning Flowers Ltd Avis 

The flowers were sent to celebrate a Golden Wedding. My friend was delighted with them & sent me a picture - they looked lovely. She was particularly impressed with the orchids.

Flowers arrived on right day. I am told by my friends that they are lovely

Have been exasperated with different flower delivery services lately but "Morning Flowers" were spot on.

Flowers arrived slightly different as shown in picture, but same types and colours.
I understand it will not always be possible to replicate exactly.
Super easy to order and excellent delivery plus fantastic value for money.

Awful customer service. Delivered 2 days before they were due to and left them outside an empty house. Refused to rectify the issue claiming their flowers were packed to stay fresh. Which was not true, when they were opened the day they should have been delivered the plastic around the flowers was broken and all the water had seeped out making the cardboard soggy. The flowers of course were way past their best having been left on the doorstep of an empty house 2 days before they were due to be delivered. Will never use this company again and recommend you don’t either.

I didn't see these flowers but my mum said they were the most beautiful flowers she had been given in a long time they were sent for Mother's day

Really delighted with the flowers. Beautifully arranged and packaged well. I am not very good at arranging flowers, so it was even more wonderful that they arrived all ready to be placed straight into a vase. I would recommend this company.

I received flowers from a friend from .morning flowers. Previously unknown to myself. They were quite simply stunning. Delivered beautifully presented and so fresh and tip top condition without doubt the best looking quality flowers I've had delivered and I've had them from many more high profile companies..I was do impressed that I returned the favour and used them to send my friend a bouquet for her 70th birthday. And I was further impressed by the extremely reasonable prices for such fresh quality flowers. She was as thrilled with hers as I was with mine . So top marks and highly recommend this company.

The original bouquet arrived a day late and as a result missed my wifes birthday due to an unconfirmed issue with the original order, apparently to be delivered by royal mail. Heard nothing from them despite paying £3.99 to receive delivery updates(!!!) and phoned customer service when it became apparent the original order wasnt arriving. The services advisor arranged a replacement which turned up the next day. Lovely flowers but the roses are already wilting badly only 4 days later, far worse than other flowers from friends and family which arrived on time the day earlier. I was also advised i would receive an email about the original misplaced order but never did. My first and last order with this company sadly.

UPDATE Customer service phoned me to arrange a replacement bouquet as an apology. They stated they have experienced issues with royal mail as delivery partners. The replacement order with dpd was delivered next day and i am pleased with their response. The bouquet is lovely.

The ordering process was simple and dealt with quickly & efficiently.
The person I sent the flowers to sent me a picture of them and they were in lovely condition and just what I had wanted when ordering. I ordered Classic Beauty with extra flowers. I would use this company again.
