Excellent service. Lovely product

Ordered an Ibiza style top for my wife which was too big when it arrived. I contacted Morrison Manchester to arrange return but to my surprise they said keep it and they would also send a replacement top in a smaller size. It arrived today and is perfect. Great service.

Took ages to arrive.
Poor quality fabric and very poorly constructed. Not at all as shown!
When I tried to return it I was offered 20% refund and to retain the goods. It definitely felt like a scam. It was suggested I could give it to someone else!! Then they offered 30%, 40%, 50% refund.
Said they could give me an address in China to return it to, but it would be expensive, have to be back in China within 14 days and if it didn't arrive I'd lose all the money I'd paid, I definitely felt as if it was a scam.
Not at all impressed with this company and I would most definitely not recommend them to anyone.

An easy company to deal with. Sorted a problem out very quickly. Delighted with my dress. Kept me informed about the parcels progress right through to delivery.

Ordered a dress not realising company was in Asia. Took over 4 weeks to arrive and very poor quality and not true to size. Return cost £25. Company offered a free replacement so I picked a different dress but again sizing was wrong and left with 2 dresses that don’t fit!! Felt scammed as thought it was a uk company and returns would be simple and cheap!!! Company now refuses to accept any returns.

Absolutely rubbish quality. Not fit for dusters!! Photograph shown as linen , it is cheap polyester! Disgusting they offered replacement Which was exactly the same rubbish do all off to the charity shop with nearly £80 out of pocket! Do not purchase from these rip off merchants

I ordered a dress which was supposedly reduced from £66 to £32.95 in the sale. I stupidly was anticipating a quality product. Unfortunately neither the photo nor the description resembled what I received. The material was a really thin and cheap nylon. The dress was supposed to be embroidered and wasn’t and the design looked like a blurred photo of some fabric. No shop in the UK would ever sell such a dismal item, at any price. After several emails I have been offered a 40% refund or I could return the dress to China at a cost of £25. Totally unacceptable! I have started a chargeback process with my credit card supplier, so fingers crossed!

Very helpful assistance when required. The product is delightful but much too long for me.Good that I can sew.

My first item did not fit and they allowed me to order another and keep the original that’s what I call service!

Again clothing shipped from china doesn't mention this in their adverts. Poor quality fabric extremely thin and of course you cannot return the item so the refund they offer is a joke. Do not order from this company

I accidentally ordered the same dress twice - I was told I couldn’t cancel the second one which was annoying as I notified them straightaway. I didn’t like the dress when it eventually came (3 weeks?). Rather than return them & pay about £25 I opted for a free replacement. The dress that came was meant to be cotton but was 100% polyester & not as per the photo on the website. It wasn’t the dress I expected. Customer service were polite & said they would look into it to ‘review’ the description but I see the dress, the Ruby Maxi dress is still shown as cotton. I wouldn’t buy from them again!

It was all fine thanks.I was on holiday when I ordered and it was waiting for me on my return. Lots of updates.

Looking at other reviews 100% agree with bad reviews .

They present as a English company , on speaking to George he stated they are based in Manchester a new family run company, however hold a warehouse in China for storage, should of clicked on right there!!!!
Clare always answered emails very quickly even on a Sunday, but never really answered the questions i asked .Three times I requested the breakdown of why they were charging me 80% of the payment to refund . Never got a answer I believe its A I (Claire) answering the emails .

As like other reviews they told me I could keep the dress & buy another free of charge , I presume they would of charged me postage ! My answer was why would I want x2 dresses of such poor quality , they then said i could give it to a friend or charity.

The Dress took about three weeks to arrive, it was of a silky polyester type material shiny, poor quality and really didn't resemble what I ordered .Absolutely stay clear a absolute scam , unhelpful company and not truthful.
I've brought better quality clothing from Temu & shien a nd for half the price .
STAY AWAY & DONT LET THE EMAILS REEL YOU IN , SO VERY NICE & HELPFULL TILL THEY GET YOUR MONEY !!!!

I bought from this company thinking it was a Manchester company. selling quality goods in their sale. There pictures were lovely I saw a beautiful chiffon dress I ordered it along with a couple of jogging suits. The dress was awful the material was nothing like the picture and it wasn’t sewn together correctly (it was sewn in the dark) I asked for a return address and my money back they never gave me a return address just 20% off and suggested I dispose of it the the jogging sets took weeks to come no labels in anything never again will I buy from them or anything advertised on line again I’m done you think your buying from quality stores your not

Dresses bought were very poor quality and ill fitting. Dresses on the web site looked like linen, they were see through polyester. Impossible to get full refund and return due to high cost post back to China. Customer service was good when delivery took almost three weeks and tracking revealed overseas postage which had I known to begin with I wouldn’t have ordered.
Refund negotiations took over a week and I had to settle on a 40% refund and kept the goods to give to charity. I was also offered other goods to compensate but nothing on the web site I wanted to order. I had to be extremely assertive about the refund when I was asked to provide bank details again to process return which I refused to do because that made me suspicious as bank details had been provided on purchase. When I threatened to involve a consumer complaint service the payment details they needed were retrieved within the company and I eventually got the refund but only 40% of the value of the goods.
I also purchased a pair of sandals which are cheap n cheerful but large for the size annd definitely not the quality of those in the photo on the website.
Unless you are happy to lose a significant amount on postage or return I would not advise using this company. They are not UK based but the web site illustrations give the impression that they are and in my opinion photos on the web site are very misleading.

I thought I was pretty intelligent, but I’ve been had by this company. When I researched there was a picture of a couple standing outside a shop ‘Morrison Manchester’. They sold linen dresses etc just what I needed for a holiday to Florida. I ordered 3 but they arrived way after I returned from my holiday! Why? Because they were sent from CHINA!
I tried to return them. No luck. I could pay for return postage to China….or accept a 30% refund and keep the dresses or ‘gift them’. The dresses are really poor quality. Who would want them?? I have wasted my money on this. What a fool! Do NOT buy from this company. A shocking experience.
