Yesterday I brought a pair of headphones called STREAMQ C1.
The sound quality is excellent and I can't hear anything but the music I'm playing, I paid £14 and well worth it. I would highly recommend buying 👌 ☺️

Ridiculous prices when using app!

The online prices have shot up and they charge a fortune for delivery. I normally use Morrisons and Ocado so I opened both apps and compared my usual shop. My weekly shop is for two people and it was over £20 more at Morrisons. Ocado compare their prices to Tesco and you get a voucher if there is a price difference. Ocado also do Marks and spencer and some of their value range is top quality. I won't be using Morrisons until they sort their prices out.

Massive Online Price Increases

Has anyone noticed the considerable price increase on most items on the online shop compared to the supermarket? This is a review to WARN other customers. The first item I noticed it on is Milk 4 Pints, this is £1.65 in the store but £2.00 online, similarly 6 pints £2.40 in store but £2.95 online. Another item l buy quite often is Morrisons Spreadable butter £2.18 in store, £3.10 online. I had started an online shop and put these 2 items in my basket when l noticed these massive price increases, if you do the maths on the Morrisons Spreadable butter that is a 42% price increase! If you check most other items you will see a similar price increase. I promptly took the items out of the basket, cancelled my delivery slot. I did check other supermarkets online and there are no similar price increases? ‘SHAME ON YOU Morrisons’.

Ever time I place an order for delivery they are always missing items or substitute for something I don’t like and it’s always the most important item….. and they never seem to refund the delivery fee.. even tho I don’t want it…

Everything,im disabled,i wasnt feeling…

Everything,im disabled,i wasnt feeling well enough to go out,so i did a online shop!i needed 1 itam as ihad run out,so i paid a massive £9.00 for the same day dilivery!basically i told them exactly where to park id meet them at receptiom!the dilivery guy phoned,then went back!i have proof he never showed up,as we have cctv,and neither amazon nor morrisons turned up!it was a disgace,i had to take a taxi to my nearest one which is in 5ways,but they close at 4pm on sunday,yet they let in all the just eat etc,but even though it was a emergemency they still wouldnt let me in,i trird to explain to the security gaurd u neeeded this itam urgently as ur online let me down,despite paying,he shrugged and refusred,i asked to speak to the store manager,who he said said the same thing no,so i looked it up tesco shut at 5pm it was a race to get there,i had 10mins got it phew!i was still seethinh!how can they say they were there when they wernt!so disapointed!

The past two orders yesterday and today…

The past two orders yesterday and today had items missing from both orders this then was the final straw as I have had several negative issues these past few months.
I will not be shopping at Morrisons again.

Morrisons sort out the packing of bags!

Thieves! I have an idea why they like people that steal as they do that themselves! I placed an order that included two packs of bottled water, only one was delivered but they have not refunded the missing pack! Also three other items were damaged and not been refunded either. One bag had 7 heavy items in that included glass bottles and yet another bag just one lightweight box of tissues! Disgusting! Have now been refunded missing and damaged items but really need to sort the packing out! should not have to deal with missing and damaged items! Not everyone is able to stop and take photo's of missing items! and damaged items before they are refunded!

has anyone tried to place an order online recently.

the system suddenly decided to ask me for my address, so it asks for the postcode and then assumes one of my neighbours addresses without offering ANY options.

from there the address could not be amended, so I didn't place an order. Will go somewhere with a working website. Any ideas ?

Been a long time dedicated cus of morrisons and so has all my family but after the sacking of a manager who tried to stop a thief. We will no longer be shopping with Morrisons. We have been going elsewhere and will carry on shopping elsewhere. Your daily morrisons are ridiculous by the way. The one in leeds on burley road are atrocious.

ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This company has the worst customer service team that I have ever come across - abysmal!! I had issues with my delivery and was told I was getting a £9.25 refund and may take up to 2 weeks to reach my bank but never received.
Despite calls chasing it up and 13 emails - some to Chief Executive nothing has been actioned. I called today to speak to head of customer service - can’t put you through closed! Asked to speak to CE - sorry cannot transfer to any management. All I can say is avoid using this online grocery service and if ever you come across Ankit you are wasting your time! I have given up now and closing my account as I would rather deal with a reliable and trustworthy store! Wish there was an option for 0 stars.

Shame on you Morrisons, firing a loyal, long standing staff member for trying to protect your stock and themselves from scummy thieves and shoplifters. I was absolutely disgusted on reading about what happened to your loyal staff member, Sean Egan. Where is the common sense? Clearly there is none! No wonder this woke Country has gone to the dogs, it's absolute madness. I will never again spend a penny in a Morrisons Store.

Not delivered on scheduled date and…

Not delivered on scheduled date and time slot, didn’t let me know until an hour before the delivery was due. They’d already messaged to say one of my selected items wasn’t available, this was annoying but I can accept that may happen, but after cancelling my delivery at such short notice I feel compelled to leave this review, I was relying on the delivery as I’m a long way from the store.

Morrisons, I have been a loyal customer for decades, spent tens of thousands pounds of my hard earned cash with your company but no longer .Your companies treatment of loyal employee Mr
Egan(Aldridge store) should not be ignored. By your companies actions, you are in fact siding with criminals not only against your loyal workers but also honest customers, who your company will know doubt expect to make up the shortfall of profits due to stealing. This is disrespect to the people who pay your wages. Also on a final note, your complaints department appears to be a non existent merry go round for your customers.

I made purchase of Yorkshire vale spring water on my last online order from Morrisons. When I left an honest review for this water Morrisons rejected the review?! I only said that the water tasted vile ! Like swimming pool water ! Why does this comment not meet their policy? Requirements
