Smsts course -

All info delivered. First 2 days were somewhat rushed and content delivered wasn’t structured the best. Last 3 days felt more productive and prepared for the exam.

The tranner was very good putting things simple very professional

Poor designed course and usability, takes too long to do and have to repeat too much. Then get told a week after starting if you don’t complete it within a week the course is getting updated and the long progress will be deleted. Very poor.

Sillvian was a Great interactive trainer, was helpful in setting up training challenges and quizzes through the course.

The course was well delivered with good examples to back the theory.

Great content for the test that allows you to pass, hard to understand instructor, when he was asking questions found it difficult, would be easier if he had the questions on the slideshow to allow the participants to read and make sense of question being asked
