Very friendly
Very friendly chat with Rob at the initial phone call and good constant service thereafter. Even though i am not good on the computer i was able to send documents by post and managed successfully to complete.

Fantastic from start to finish
My first time buying experience (even with lockdown) was an absolute breeze because of Rob, Jamie and Jack at Mortgages.Online.
Throughout the process they were helpful, friendly, enthusiastic and most of all, were in continous contact with me to provide updates and advice. They found a great deal for me which cost well below anything I was expecting.
And they did all the tedious stuff like going through my spending and filling in the application without me really having to do much at all. They also came up with the best quotes for life and house insurance for me.
And this happened through lockdown!
10/10 overall experience and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and very efficient . They delivered what I requested a good mortgage rate and affordable . I only wished I had known about them before as I would have moved my mortgage way before I did and saved myself a lot of money .

Mortgages Online took all of the stress…
Mortgages Online took all of the stress out of the moving process for my family. They helped us understand what we could buy right at the start of the process and were there at every step guiding us through the dreaded paperwork... the only thing they didn’t do was pack our boxes! If you are thinking about buying a property I would wholeheartedly recommend Mortgages Online, it’s a no-brainer.
