Had a problem with sliding glass panel of a glass veranda. Morevelle sent an engineer to remedy the problem and he was first rate, friendly and worked quickly to correct the problem.

I contacted them requesting a quote for 3.5m x 8m pergola and was contacted today. I was told i contacted them back in October and a quote was sent. So i asked when did they send it and ill check my email now. I was then told they didnt send it.
I was asking if i could approve cad design and purchase on a supply only basis to which i was told no they cant do that then as i was simply asking why when i built my house i ordered all the roof trusses, bifold windows ect ect from approved designs myself all with no problem but as i was talking the phone just cut off and they never tried calling back and didnt leave any messages or simply email which means he just hung up the phone. what a clown show i will purchase my pergola elsewhere. I wanted to buy British made but hey I'm just going to have to buy a Chinese T6 same spec one for cheaper.
Shame as i wanted to hit the button on this with them as when i contacted them in October it was winter and i was just shopping around with intentions of getting after winter ie now.
AlunoTec has taken my order now again i reached out in October.
What a beautiful veranda - very modern and of great quality. I’m so happy we have this cosy place to enjoy our time with family. Great quality, easy opening during warm days and can be closed when the weather is not so kind.
We’ve been advised on a local partner Amanda’s Verandas who’s installed decking and veranda in just a few days and cleaned everything after, great end to end service.
Morvelle were so helpful and friendly, such a change from the hardsell we got elsewhere. Our veranda was fitted at the end of last year and has made our garden so much more useable. The manual blinds fitted have been marvellous in the hot weather to keep both the patio and house cooler. The veranda looks sleek and modern and no light has been cut out of our house. Morvelle recommended a fitter who were amazing in their advice and fitting - quick, efficient and no mess.
Delighted with our pergola - the design is sleek and the structure feels really sturdy. The dimmable lighting is a really neat feature. The whole structure has given our garden a real 'lift'. I couldn't believe how straightforward the installation was - all completed by mid afternoon!

We are very pleased with our anthracite grey tinted glass roof veranda. We can now sit outside even if it rains, with no need to rush back inside and grab all the seat cushions. It is a lovely design, was very reasonably priced, and was a quick turnaround from design to install.
