Even though it was an online transaction, I definitely felt like I was working with a dedicated local business (even though I'm in the USA and they're in the UK). Ray reached out promptly and worked with me over several communications to make sure they were producing exactly what I wanted in the timeframe I needed for my wife's birthday. I ordered a digital mosaic that I ended up having printed by a local photo lab The mosaic turned out great and my wife was awestruck by it. I would definitely consider using them for another gift, or just to have my own mosaic.

The whole process is beautifully orchestrated from the web site start and upload process (with multiple options for transfer), through the excellent interaction with Ray*, to the proof of concept options for deliberation through to final delivered product which is so outstanding I can't put into words my thoughts on it. You pay - then organise the picture, which was slightly disconcerting at first. However, I needn't have worried as it was a very easy and hassle free system. I uploaded 400 pics via Dropbox, chose the main image (and a backup) then was sent the proofs within a day. Having chosen, the picture arrived only a few days later and was very much appreciated.

I have used mosaic photo on many occasions, and I have never been let down by the result, I do not expect nothing less. However in the past I have used a large photo, whereas this time I used a photo with text. But the outome blew me away! Ray is great with responding to emails in a timely manner, and is able to make any adjustments to the photo (if required) quite promptly. Extremely professional and great quality photos. Used another company before but they have stopped trading. After reviewing the very few UK companies (most are backed by a German company) I called Mosaic Photo. Sadly no reply. However although I didn't leave a message Ray called me back. I really wanted a framed glossy photo which they didn't do. However I wasn't disappointed with the result even though I had to frame myself. Brilliant A1 print. Very well wrapped. Really captured the underlying master photo. The only consideration is that to fit in a frame you have to trim the white boarder edges. Simple enough. Also very good communication from Ray. In terms of uploading I would suggest copying all of your photos to a folder. Then you can upload 50 at a time.

I had a great experience with my purchase of a print from Mosaic Photo . Ray was helpful and the work was done very quickly and I am very happy with the result.

We contacted Ray at Mosaic.photo as we wanted a mosaic of our daughter for her birthday using 2000 photos of her. We chose a main image but when it came back, it wasn't great due to the original image's lighting. Ray made several adjustments until we were perfectly happy. It took about 4 edits but Ray understood what we wanted and didn't stop editing until we were happy. Great feedback throughout the process and delivered to a hotel where we're staying. Brilliant service and genuinely seems to care. I wish every company was like mosaic.photo
