Moss Hall Kitchens Avis 

We are delighted with our kitchen which was installed recently by Moss Hall Kitchens. They handled the whole process of design and installation so we did not have to worry about sorting out trades people or deliveries. We made a couple of visits to the showroom to decide on the kitchen design and found Richard's expertees and ideas really helpful. He emailed us visuals of the design and the finished kitchen looks almost identical ! The installation team were friendly, efficient and reliable, always turning up when arranged. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and any small snagging details were all remedied quickly. I would fully recommend Moss Hall kitchens.

From start to finish, John and his team took care of everything, from the design, spec'ing the appliances, offering guidance regarding the choice of units and, most importantly, ensuring it could be achieved within budget. If you decide to purchase a good quality kitchen then you have to be patient as these things take time but we were kept updated throughout and once all the materials arrived, the old kitchen was ripped out in no time, new plaster was on the walls and first fix electrics were in place. Having a dog and young child, what was pleasing was the care taken to ensure that no waste was left lying around at the end of each day, which was appreciated. The new kitchen was installed in no time and looks amazing – thanks once again to all at Moss Hall….highly recommended

Excellent service from start to finish. Looked around at different kitchen shops but decided to go to Moss Hall after their expertise and knowledge. Richard listened to what we required and designed the perfect kitchen around what we wanted. The whole process was extremely smooth from start to finish. The fitters did a great job, surpassed our expectations. Highly recommended Moss Hall Kitchen to anyone, we will definitely use them again in the near future for our fitted bedrooms.

Having contacted a number of well known kitchen companies across all price points I was frustrated that the designs received did not meet the brief. I was then recommended Moss Hall Kitchens by a friend. they did not disappoint. Their design gave me everything I asked for. My house is a 200 year old cottage with low ceilings and uneven walls, some cabinets are not standard sizes. The product is top quality, as was the fitting. Their team of plasterers were also a 10/10. I now have a fantastic kitchen, so much more than I could ever have hoped for. Faultless friendly service from start to finish - they go the extra mile and always with a smile. I will be returning to Moss Hall for bedroom furniture - it is worth noting that they also supply a range of matching free standing lounge furniture. Thank you all at Moss Hall for my amazing kitchen!

Right from the outset choosing a kitchen is a potential mind field, fortunately Richard guided us through those choppy waters. When it came to planning the kitchen I had a pretty good idea of the plan I wanted. Having said that Richard came up with some great ideas that I would never have thought of which further enhanced the look.
Our fitter was John a lovely young man who was conscientious, hard working and professional. He kept me informed at every stage of the project and always left the kitchen clean and tidy before he left. He was also prepared to go the extra mile which we both really appreciated.
In conclusion we are both 100% satisfied with all aspects of the project and now looking forward to enjoy our beautiful kitchen.

Really poor company that don’t seem to care at all. Do half a job which leads to issues further down the line and then claim that’s how the job should be and that they’ve never had any issues with the other houses they’ve supplied and installed in which came across really cocky! I would never recommend them to anyone they are useless.

Prompt response to my initial enquiry to completely revamp a very untidy utility/boiler/boot room Helpful advice during initial visit to the Showroom, followed by a visit to site. A great design plus costing was emailed, and I chose to visit the showroom again to go through various questions which were all answered patiently and fully. A second visit to site for more measurements followed & a date set for work to commence which started on the date promised. The fitter took great care, and was fastidious across all aspects of the job whilst respecting my home. All in all, a very professional job, and I have no hesitation in recommending Moss Hall Kitchens.

Twice now I've found this company to be appealing. First time when we were looking for a new kitchen it took them over 6 weeks to come back to us for start the design process. It was to late as by then I'd already placed the order with a competitor. Recently I read looking at getting wardrobes for 4 bedrooms and after wasting a week, just been notified they can't do anything until a further 3 weeks. They can't get their pre-sales right. I guess somethings telling me we've had a lucky escape. They should know, there are quite a few competitors out there.

Moss Hall team has just installed a new kitchen for us, took a few weeks obviously, but the whole process went as smoothly as you could expect. They kept us informed all the way, so we knew what to expect, and the quality of the work was fantastic. Really pleased with the kitchen!

We wanted to support a local business and are glad we did - would not hesitate to recommend Moss Hall Kitchens to anybody thinking about upgrading their kitchen.

We had looked at many other companies (most were more expensive) and toyed with the idea of project managing our kitchen refurbishment and building works ourselves. In the end it was a ‘no brainer’ Moss Hall had all the expertise and experience to be able to do all the preparatory building works and provide and fit the kitchen and appliances, and the quality and price were on the mark.
From the start of the project Moss Hall Kitchens were fantastic. We worked with the designer (award winning) to look at different configurations and style options on the kitchen units and worktops. He was very patient with my ever-evolving design, even down to some very last-minute changes, which in the end made all the difference. He produced fantastic, computerised images which really gave us a feel for what the result would be. We were allowed samples to take home to deliberate on colours and finishes. Nothing was too much trouble.
The units we chose were of great quality, after looking at the biggest kitchen providers and manufacturers we were in no doubt that for the money the quality could not be beaten. The finish is of a high standard and even the insides of the cupboards are in the same oak design as the doors, which makes them look very expensive.
The builders completed the major works of removing 2 internal walls and levelling a floor to the necessary height in good time. They took great care in managing to retain a large section of detailed plaster coving on the adjacent lounge ceiling, which we had been worried about. They also liaised with local planning officers regarding the legal requirements for the work.
Once the work started it flowed easily with communication regarding what was happening when, and the tradespeople who were involved were mostly really good at communicating and always there when they said they would be. For a project which was undertaken during difficult times (Covid-19) the whole project took 5 weeks from start to the last snagging visit. Had the materials not been delayed (no fault of Moss Hall’s – radiators and handles) I think it could have been completed in 4 & 1/2 weeks which would have been amazing.
No major project goes without a hitch, however any issue which arose was either dealt with there and then, (we were kept fully informed) or dealt with as soon as possible with a full explanation. We had so much confidence in this company, that they would get it right.
Every tradesperson who entered our home treated it and us with respect and care. Each one of them behaving professionally and fully communicating what they were doing. They were all very friendly people, and I would not hesitate to have any one of them back to work on our home again.
The designer is also the project manager who orchestrates the whole process and does a great job of it.
We would recommend Moss Hall Kitchens as they have such a good set up, they are a one stop shop which saves so much stress when dealing with multiple trades within a short time window.
We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen is has surpassed all our expectations, everyone who has seen it is very impressed, and claim it looks like something out of Beautiful Homes magazine.

We are very pleased with the new kitchen fitted in February 2020 and with the way that Moss Hall Kitchens handled the process from the beginning to end.
