I recently bought rtx 5060 8gb oc gigabyte and deep cool 550 watt 80+psu .and i really loved it . packing was awesome..it takes me 6 to 10 min just to open the delivery package 😂😭
They are scammers don't buy. They will take money and not even deliver your product also no returns available. I would give 0 ⭐ but it's not possible.

very bad service booked 2 sticks of 8 GB DDR4 RAM for Rs.4990/- , they charged me extra Rs.100/- for processing. Very next day they cancelled the order, but didn't refund me the processing charge Rs.100/-

Due to unstable RAM AND SSD prices our Website had a clear warning that before placing any order please confirm price over a call!
since you ignored the warning and still placed the order and as our terms of policy mentioned in website that entire money is refundable if done UPI but if paid by razor pay platform processing fee is not reversable. We dont charge the processing fee its the platform so its not possible for us to refund the processing fee !
As mentioned by you next day itself you had received entire paid amount after cancellation so we dont deserve a 1 star for a mistake that you made !
